Based on the different invasion games you are learning and participating in during this unit (flag football, basketball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee) please expalin three similarities between the sports we have done?

All these sports are contact sports. You are covering a person or pushing the people if necessary. They all consist of a ball or something thrown/kicked between people. You have to get the ball/frisbee in an end zone/basket/goal.

They all involve going after a ball/frisbee and are all invasion sports. All of these sports involve invasion of personal space and the goal of making it from one side of the field/court to the other. They also all involve teamwork and could not be played individually. the similarities between flag football and ultimate frisbee is that they are both games in which you can block the other people from scoring and invading them. also both invasion games allow you to get face to face with the apponent and play. the similarities between soccer and basketball are that you can get close the player and steal the ball from their hands.

1. A player must take the ball into the opposing teams side and get the ball in the goal or endzone to earn points.
2. The player must keep the ball in his or her possesion without having the ball stolen from or being tagged or tackled- must evade the opponents.
3. Teams must use teamwork- passing the ball is needed for teams to work well. Without passing it is very hard to win or impossible.

Three similarities between flag football and ultimate Frisbee are:
1)There is an ultimate goal that all the players are keeping in mind. And that is to take the object you are playing with from one side to the other. The way you do that, however is what makes each game unique.
2) Each person must guard a player of the opposite team to prevent them from catching the playing object and basically to stall the other team from bringing the object to the other side.
3)Teamwork is vital in ever sport including invasion sports. Without teamwork and communication, it's going to be close to impossible to win.

All of the sports are invasion sports, which means the goal of the game is to invade the opposing team's territory. In football and ultimate frisbee, you're team is trying to score on the opposing team's end zone. In all of these sports you work with a team, you have to work together to score.

The similarites between the different invasion games we are learning and participating in during this unit are that:
1. They all require the ball or frisbee to be passed from player to player in order for it to get in the end zone, goal, or basket,enabling the team to score points.
2. They all involve blocking(defense) or getting into an open space (offense), which allows players to invade the opponents' side/ personal space.
3. They all require a team effort. Good communication is needed in order to create clean passes and score points.
