After my team's first 4 games I am seeing a great amount of communication between us, which gives us an advantage. Another strength we possess, is height. I would estimate our team's average height is at least 5'6". This is a huge advantage. Our third strength, is experience, personally, I have 6 years of experience in basketball. Experience is considered a srength.

A 3on3 team must have consistent shooting, aggresive defence and good passing. Consistent shooting because without accurate shots you cannot even score points, so winning is impossible. Aggresive defence so that your team does not concede too many points and good passing so that you keep possession of the ball.

I think the three strenghts that my team needs to have to be successful is to cut and get open, drive hard and strong to the basket, and we need to box out. We need to be able to cut because we can get open and get open lay ups or shots. We need to drive stong in order to get basket and score. We we need to box out because we are a shorter team than most teams so to get second shots we need to box out.

Cooperation, w/o it there'll be no effort. . .
Good Defense, w/o it the other team will score
Good Offense so you can score

1. Team members must be able shoot accurately. Getting the ball in the hoops is the way in which the team garners points. Accuracy is important as it is easy for the other team to get the ball once it has bounced off of the backboard or rim of the hoop.

2. Team members must be able to move into open space. This allows for passes to be made and received in order to get the ball closer to the hoop; in-turn, allowing more accurate shots.

3. Team members must be able to jump to at least a reasonable height. While this skill is not a "must" to be successful, it certainly makes the team more successful. Jumping allows the shooter's hand to get closer to the hoop which increases the likelihood that the ball will go into the hoop.

In order for a 3 on 3 team to be successful, they must:

1. Spread out. By expanding into the open space, it makes the court larger and it becomes easier to manuver the ball around to eachother.
2. If you don't have the ball, go into a supporting position that will make it easier for whomever it is on your team with the ball to pass to you. This way, if they are guarded they can make an easy pass to you, maintaining the teams possesion of the ball.
3. Communicate. It is important to talk to the members of your team. Tell them if you are open, because if they are being guarded, they can quickly look in the direction of your voice and pass it off. If they have possesion and the other team is pressing hard, you can let them know that they are being covered from the back as well and that they cannot pivot.

Hi Mrs. Dyer
Jonathan Gaus

The three strengths my team has are shooting, passing, and dribbling, we are good at these skills because we practice and work hard in gym.

Passing, because it will give more opportunities for teammates to shoot.
Teamwork, because it will be easier to score points rather one person versus 3. Shooting, because if you are not good at shooting, you will not be likely to score points which can make your team lose.

In a 3 on 3 game of basketball, a team must be able to cooperate with each other by listening to each other, they must be reliable to pass/make shots/not lose the ball, and they must be committed enough to give good effort (or show up everyday).

Our team has to be able to pass the ball well so we can easily get around our opponents. We must be able to communicate well so we can be sure we are making the right plays. We must always cover a person from the other team so that he or she is not able to score.

One thing we have to do well to be successful is to communicate. Communication is important so that we know when our teem mates are open so that we can pass to them.

Our team also has to be successful at getting open. If the members of our team can't move to open space then the can not be passed to and therefor will not have a chance to score a point.

In order to succeed our team also has to be good at shooting baskets. Making baskets is essential to getting the points that are needed to win.

Deborah Chen-
You need to work together like, make good eye contact, be ready to catch the ball, and ready for rebounds. These things will help make a good team.

1. Communication is essential in order for a team's success on the court, because unless you have someone like Paul Tall on your team, you need to pass eventually.

2. Accuracy is something else required for a team's success, because if you can't shoot you can't score.

3. Finally, enthusiasm is something universally required for any sport. If you're not trying... How should you expect to do good?

Three strategies that teams need in order to succeed are:
1. Communication
2. Good defensive players and offensive players
3. Teamwork

Harrison Huang:

1. Passing

2. Confident

3. Try his/her best

Passing because it usually confuse the opponent, also allow everyone to participate.

Confident, without confident, he/she will just passed the ball around without shooting. That way only certain people in a team will shoot, opponent will know who to guard.

Try his/her best, without doing this, the game will look foolish and it will be harder to score if people aren't paying attention.

In order to be successful while playing a 3 on 3 game, a team must:
1. comunicate- we need to be able to know who is open and where to be
2. good defense- its important to pick a player on the opposing team to block throughout the whole game. you should try to never let that person get the ball or make a basket
3. passing the ball- everybody should give their best effort into the game. it is important to give everyone on your team a fair chance.

1. Teamwork
2. Shooting
3. Following rules

- Teamwork is really important because a team needs to communicate and work together to get points

- Shooting is also really important because if a team can shoot well, they can score lots of points

- Following rules is essential when playing basketball and any-other sport because a team must follow rules to get points fairly.

passing, to move the ball around
getting open, to have a clean shot
talking, to tell the person to pass or shoot.

In order to successful in basketball, your team must cooperate together well because without cooperation, getting points will be inefficient. You also need to communicate, otherwise your teammates won't know what you're about to do, and that leads to problems. Lastly, your team needs to participate constantly. Without participation, a 3 on 3 game can easily turn into a 1 on 3 game.

A 3on3 team must have teamwork in order to communicate to eachother. Being able to get into open space is also important b/c other teammates need to pass to the person. we also need to play fair/by the rules. a game isn't fun if everyone's just traveling and fouling.

A three on three team must have three main things.
1) cooperation because a team needs everyone to particapate.
2) shooting and dribbling skills because then you can keep scoring and passing.
3) good posession because then you keep the ball and have a better chance of winning.

Three strengths the team must possess are passing, good defense skills and good team work. They need these strengths because they help strengthen the team.
