After taking your fitnessgram fitness tests, write down any reactions you have to your fitness test scores. Are you happy with you scores? Is there a particular score that you would like to improve? How will you go about doing this?

I hope to improve my score on the pushup test and to do so I will continue to bench every other day.

i was okay with my curl up score and fine with my push up score. i want to work on my pull up score, i couldnt even do that test cause i couldnt even reach the pull up bar so i would like to work on that, perhapse a taller chair... and the mile id like to improve on a lil. and i know i can do that, just wasnt feelin that good that day.
I want to improve my score on the pushup test. To do so I will continue doing sets of pushups a few times a day every day to improve.

I did badly on the pull-up test. I will start training my biceps and triceps with dumbbells to do better on the next pull-up test.

I want to improve my mile time and i can improve that by running a mile everyday. Otherwise, i was happy with the other tests.

I was relatively happy with my results from the fitness tests. I would like to improve on my pull up score. I will go about doing this by improving my muscles on my biceps. I also am curious to see what i would get on the mile since i was unable to do it because of an injury.

fitnessgram sucks. i don't understand why we do it every year. however, i would like to improve my mile time by running 3-4 times a week.
