After the fitness gram, I feel generally happy but I would like to improve my pushups test. I will do this by working on arm strength daily, and I hope to do 20 or more when I do the post test.

I feel pretty good about my fitness score test, because i havent done a fitness test in a while, so i was surprised i was able to do more than 5 of each. I would like to improve on my push-ups because i like having upper body strength. To improve on my push-ups, i am going to do 5 push-ups every day.

I am not suprised by any of my scores because my scores have stayed consistent from past years; except my mile score has improved a litte bit more. I am happy with my scores but I know I can improve more. I would like to improve my mile score by running more and more, gradually, and by running track in the winter and spring.

I am happy with my current fitnessgram scores. I wish I could have participated fully in the sit and reach and the mile but because of my knee injury i wasn't able to do so. I look forward to giving those my all next time around. The way I will go about improving those two scores will be physical therapy.

After completing the fitness gram test, i feel pretty good about my scores. I was surprised about my push up score, because i hadn't done push ups in a while and i got an ok score. I definitely need to work on my mile, i will practice by running on my treadmill every or every other night.

Over all I am satisfied with my results. My weakness was in the sit and reach. I will improve my flexibility by stretching for 5 minutes every day after I exercise. I think that my strength was in the mile.

after taking the fitness gram tests I was surprised at how many push ups I could do. I am satisfied with my scores. I would like to improve my running because I am not the best at it and I am going to try to run a little bit more each week.

My mile time was pretty good but I still feel like I could improve by alot, and I'll do this by jogging a bit frequently. Also, this fitness gram proved to me that staying inside all summer isnt good for you.

I am happy with my scores, especially the mile because I got one of my best times. My pull-up score was bad, so I will improve that by working those muscles every day.

After I took the fitness tests, I really wasn't surprised at my scores, though I could work on my pull-ups/flexed arm hang. I am generally happy with my test scores, but my mile time came as a bit of a shock. To improve, I could do more cardio and core-related activities. I bike four miles on Saturdays and spend 4-6 hours a week outdoors, but that is hardly anything to really be proud of.

After taking the fitness tests I am pretty happy with my scores. However I would like to improve my pullups. I want to get twice as much as i did before and I can practice for this by doing pullups on a tree in front of my house

Overall I feel good about my fitness test, and I hope to improve on my pull ups. This i can improve but first i have to find somewhere to do pull ups. Guessing it wont be that hard though.

Alexander White,
i think i did pretty well over all but if i had to change something it would be the pull ups or chin ups. so i would just do as many pull ups or chin ups as i can 2 times a day

After taking the fitnessgram I was not surprised with my scores. They have generally stayed the same for the past few years yet my mile time has gotten better since last year. I would like to improve my mile score even more by trying harder and practicing until the next time around.

Yea, i wasn't too surprised with my scores. I did okay, but not great. I think I could have done better on my sit-ups, just because. I already do 50 push-ups and sit-ups a day, so I'll doing that. Yeah.

I wasn't happy agout my fitness results. I'm way out of shape, I already knew that. I was happy about the sit and reach, and the curl ups, but not much else. I hope I can improve.

After the fitnessgram test, i am pretty happy with my test scores so far, i am suprised that i could do 2 pull-ups, but disappointed that i could not get to 15 push-ups. So the score i would like to improve is my push-ups, which will do by working on arm strength everyday after school.

I wasn't suprised by my scores. I don't really know what I want to improve, if anything.

After taking the fitness gram, I was happy with my scores, although I think that my mile time could've been better. In order to improve my time, I'm planning to walk to and from school 1.5 miles every day.

After taking the fitness gram I have never been too surprised or unhappy with my scores. I think I can improve my pushup test. I will do this by working on my upper body strength during my free time, like doing pushups, and other stuff.

I am pretty satisfied with my fitnessgram scores. I am shocked about my mile time though. I did not run all summer so I would like to improve on my mile time for the next text. I can do this by skateboarding more frequently and jogging.
