Period 8 Advanced Basketball

Due Date: Wednesday, September 22nd

After taking your fitnessgram fitness tests, write down any reactions you have to your fitness test scores. Are you happy with your scores? Is there a particular score that you would like to improve? How will you go about doing this?

I feel that i didn't do bad on my fitness test
I would like to improve on my push ups and probably sit and reach but the rest seems good to me.

I thought I did well on my mile time ,but i could increase in every part of my fitness test. I would like to improve every score not, just a particular one. I could achieve this by working on my strength and conditioning more often.

I haven't done the fitnessgram for a while so I expected a decline on my scores. However, I was surprised that my mile time went up by 3 min.

i think i did a good job on my fitness test but i would like to improve on my push ups. To improve on my push ups im probably just going to work out.

My scores were alright. I wasn't completely embarrassed by them. Although I'd like to improve the core strength tests, like pushups, pullups and situps.

I was fine with my fitness test results. I was a bit upset with the rise in my mile time. I will work out to lower my mile time.

day dazzy aka daivon .........i feel as if i did to the best of my abilitys . i feels as if i need much improvment on my 5 pull ups hopefully next time i can do 10!

I was generally happy with my scores, except my mile time, which I feel I can do much better the next time. By taking time outside this class to work on my strength and conditioning, I know I can improve all of my scores dramatically.

I thought that i could improve on my number of pushups i could do and my flexibility with the zipper stretch. I could do this by stretching my arms every night and possibly doing pushups in the morning.

The class is helping me alot with basketball and helping me get back to it.
On thing I would like to see is moore activities that would help me with outside out of class games.
