After the fitnessgram fitness tests, I am overall happy with my scores, considering my past record. However, I would like to improve my push-ups score, which can only be done by training, and practising.

i think gym will be fun scene we really did not do any thing yet.

i liked my score on the sit&reach. though on the zipper, i could only reach one of my arms with the other.

I am pretty satisfied with my results, but there is still room for improvement. P.E. is fun.

I'm only sorta happy with my scores. First of all, my mile run, I was amazed that I was that fast. I mean seriously, the last time I attempted to run a mile was in 7th grade, and now I'm a sophmore. 10th grade. Haven't run a mile for about 3 years. So, I'm amazed that I got under 8 minutes. Anyways, the pacer was also great. I outlasted more than 1/2 of the class, and it felt pretty good. Next came the stretching. I am NOT flexible. So I achieved very low scores there. I'm not happy with those. Same with the push ups and the sit ups. I did O.K. on the sit ups, getting around 55, but on the push ups, I got only around 20. *bleh*

I'll probably go around improving my flexibility, and my muscle endurance through methods such as swimming, and golf, along with the daily stretch.

I'm o.k with my scores, but i could have done better if i tried a little harder. The mile run i could improve the most.

I'm happy to my scores. I need to improve my pushups. I can inprove them by doing 5-10 a day.

After taking the fitness test. my scores are either the same or better than last year. i also think that i will do better in the winter, when it is not as hot outside.. the heat kills

I dont' think i did to bad on them. im pretty happy with most of my scores except for my mile run. I wud like to get my mile time inside 6 mins which can be improved by running alot between now and the next time i run it.

Im satisfied with my fitness scores. I think I could improve on push-ups. To do this I could practice and build up my arm muscles.

i think i should of strech mor before the mile and maybe that would of improved my time and i could ate less at luch so i dont get that many cramps while running. hahaha!
i am not proud of my score and i would like to improve as much as i can

I was very disappointed with my mile run and pacer. I usually have been able to do better. I'll probably have to devote more of my own time to exercising and building cardiovascular endurance, but I feel the issue for the mile and the pacer was muscular endurance. Crunches I was satisfied, push-ups and flexibility I've never been phenomenal at.

after doing the fitness gram, i am pretty satisfied with all my scores except for my mile. i would like to try harder and get a faster time or around my regular time next time.

in the events i could do i guess im moderately happy, i think i could do more push ups or sit ups, could accomplish this by actually PRACTICING.

I was a little dissappointed with my fitness scores just because they were unexpected but after the semester when we take them again i think i should improve.

My mile time was almost twice my normal time. So I would like to greatly improve in the cardio aspect. The pacer was okay - just as normal.

Push Ups and Crunches were okay and I didn't really expect anything better than I got. But as always, I would definitely want to improve.

The flexibility things were great and I found that my scores had improved from last year. I was happiest with my sit and reach, and zipper.

To improve my cardiovascular I will do my best in the running exercises we do in class and do some out side of class too. I will also do crunches, push ups, and various stretching exercises regularly.

I am pretty happy with my pacer, mile, and sit and reach. not so happy with the push ups. I thought it was hard to do the push ups on the gym floor

Even though i sucked at all my tests, I'm pretty happy with the results.

I am not happy with my scores and i want to imporve my mile time by drinking less water before running to get less cramps

Anonymous said...

Overall, I was happy with my scores. I think I could of done better on the mile by jogging at a constant pace instead of running fast and walking. My best score was on my sit and reach but I still would like to increase at least one more inch to get where I would like to be.

Im VERY happy with my scores..
the only one in not so happy about is the mile run
NOT my best score!!
i need to improve my running by getting myself fit and used to running alot
and not loosing my breath so fast
but overall i think i did good on everything else!

I am happy with my mile and my flexibility scores. Next time we do testing, i am going to do real push-ups instead of modified because modified were too easy.

I'm happy about my pacer, sit and reach, and curl ups but my mile time needs to improve. I can improve it by pacing myself just like I did on the pacer and use the rest of my energy on the last lap. I can also train for it by jogging a few times a week.
