After taking your fitnessgram fitness tests, write down any reactions you have to your fitness test scores. Are you happy with your scores? Is there a particular score that you would like to improve? How will you go about doing this?

After taking my fitness test I really see my physical strengths and weaknesses. i did really well on the flexibility tests, but my endurance (running) wasn't so great. So this year, I will work on running skills (speed, endurance...) in activities such as the 100 meter dash, the 400 meter dash, the upcoming mile run... Since we're focusing on track and field right now, I definitely have a lot of opportunities.

After taking the fitness tests I realized that I was not that flexible. I did pretty good on the strength and speed tests but I no I can do better. I will improve my scores by running and stretching every day.

After doing the fitness tests I saw that i needed some improvement on my endurance. I see that I can sprint really fast or run 2 laps and ill feel like i just ran3 miles. I need to improve on my mile score, and the passer. I also want to improve on my push ups and crunches. Since Im starting basketball workouts with Coach Ballen and I have gym with you hopefully by the end of the semester my tests will improve.

After the running and endurance parts of the fitness gram, i felt good about my scores. But when we did the push up and flexibility tests,i was a little disappointed with my scores and i really want to improve on those areas. I will try to stretch out more often, because this will help the flexibility scores.
After taking the fitness test, I felt really good about how my scores turned out. I learned that I am great at the flexibility tests, pushups, and situps, but i would still like to improve on my mile time by 10 seconds, and on the pacer by 5 laps. I am looking forward to seeing how these scores improve over the semester.

i think i did okay on my fitness grams. For next time i would like to do better on the mile and pacer. To do that I will have to work on my endurance.

After taking the fitness test i see what i need to work on.
I need to work on pushups and flexibilty. Thats about it.
Hopefully future units will involve those exercises
From the fitness tests, I could really see how much I could improve on some things such as cardiovascular and muscular endurance. At the end of the semester, I really hope that I improve at every aspect of my fitness.

After taking the fitness test i learned that i need improvment on my mile time and on the pacer and to do that i need to build her endurances.

I liked my mile time, but I think I can do better. My pacer was bad, so I need to work on running continuously. I think I would do better if we didn't stop at each end of the gym, and I need to be more flexible. I was able to do all the crunches, but I need to improve my push-ups.
I think I did really good on the Fitnessgram. I know that I am not as flexible as I want to be but I got my new best mile time which was awesome.

I am slightly satisfied with my scores. I want to improve on the majority of them by the end of the semester. SWAZIMAICA!!!

I expected the scores that I got on the tests because I didn't really "work out" over the summer. I want to improve my running and endurance scores, and since we just did track and field, that really helped. I also want to improve my flexibility since I did pretty good on the zipper. I do dance outside of school so that will help me improve my flexibility.

During the fitness test, i was excused from running the mile and the pacer. From the testes that i did do, i think i need to work on my flexibility , like the zipper. I can improve my flexibility by stretching everyday. Next time i complete the fitness test, i hope to improve my mile time and the laps of the pacer.

After the fitness tests, I've realized I haven't improved or done worse, but I know I could do better. I need to work on endurance and strength so hopefully by the time we do the test again, I would have improved.

Seeing the results from my fitness test. My mile time was worse than last years, so to improve that im going to run everyday to increase my stamina. There is also my flexibility i really need to work on and ill stretch after every run i go on.
After my fitness tests, i realized that i don't have good flexiblity or strenghth or edurance. I was bad at running,shotput,long jump, and all the stretching things and i will try to improve.

i think i did okay on my fitness gram, but i'm not sure. I really need to work on my endurance and partly my flexibility.
After the fitness testing, I saw that I'm not that flexible and that I need to work on my pushups more often. I did well on the curl ups and the running so I am happy with that. To improve my flexibiblty and strength I will work out more often.

After taking my fitness tests,I could realize what I was good at and what I needed to improve on. I am happy with most of my scores, but would like to improve on flexibility. Since I have practice every day, we do stretching every other day

After taking the fitness test I was pretty pleased on how I did. I was in the middle of every event so I have lots of room to improve. I will do this by trying my best in everything we do in gym class.

I think that overall i did alright on the fitness tests but i want to work on my mile time which i think i can improve by getting better cardio. I plan to do this by biking more.

After the fitness tests I think the main area I need for improvement is my endurance. Otherwise I did pretty good.
After doing the fitness test. I did pretty well in my flexibity but I still have to work on it. About my running, I get tired really easy especially in running 400m.Every first start, I just ran and I didn’t notice about my strength. I think I will start jogging everyday from now. My running skills not good at all.

I sucked at the push ups but did ok on the mile and everything else. I can improve my scores with some exercise every day.

For me fitness test I think i didn't do as well as I should. At the next one I will improve on everything.

After taking my fitness test I am happy with my flexibilty scores. Such as, the sit and reach. But, I would like to improve on my endurance skills. Such as the mile. I can do this by running everyday and increasing the amount I run each day.

I fell like i did a good job on my fittness tests. the few things i would like to imporve on is the Strength part so i can get stronger, and endurance so i cna run my mile faster.

I think I could have done better on my fitness test.my running wasn't that great, but I intend on doing better next time,I will work on my physical abilities this year,and hopefully gain more physical stamina.
