Due Date: September 22nd

I was pleased with my scores all around, but my goal is to run a faster mile. I ran on my own around the track this past week and got a 7:04 while messing with my ipod and headphones around the rack, but I would like to get a 6:30, that is my goal.
i was pretty happy about my fitness score. I think i could have done better on the mile run i just was not ready for it when it was time to do it
i don't like my sit and reach cause i use to do way way better then at everything else is ok with me

i was happy with my fitness scores but i want to develop better endurance and stamina by the end of the year.
I was not upset, but I wasn't satisfied with my fitness scores either because you can never be satisfied, as there is always room for improvement. I thought my sit and reach could have been better and I can improve on it by taking yoga classes... or just stretch or something like that.

I liked most of my scores. I thought they were pretty average for what I normally do. I tihnk I could have done faster on my mile but I still broke 6mins so I'm happy. Wootton does the sit and reach differently then how I did it in my old school so I went down an inch but a 16,16 is still good in my opinion. :) -Weaver
Paris- i am pleased with my fitness scores and would like them to improve by the end of the year and i love your class
i didn't try for the exam but if i did i would probably like it then. -patrick bagheri-
i was not pleased with most of my scores. i didnt get to run the mile due to an injury and my push ups and sit ups could have been better, and my pacer was awful

I was sort of happy with how I did. I could improve my mile and pacer a lot, but it being so early and stuff like that it's tough to really get going. I also think with some work my sit up score could be much better. My improvement would be making myself work at that time of the morning.

I was surprised with some of my scores. I think I could imprve on my mile time and my push-ups
My time was pretty good for the mile but
i could do better on the sit and reach and pacer.
Overall i think i did ok on everything else.

i am pleased with most of my scores all around especially the pacer score. the only score i am not happy with is my mile time. i usually run a much faster mile than i did during this test. a way i could improve my time for the future is for me to run harder and work harder than i did because i was being lazy when i ran this mile.
