Period 1 Advanced Basketball

Due Date: September 22nd

After taking your fitnessgram fitness tests, write down any reactions you have to your fitness test scores. Are you happy with your scores? Is there a particular score that you would like to improve? How will you go about doing this?

I was pleased with my scores all around, but my goal is to run a faster mile. I ran on my own around the track this past week and got a 7:04 while messing with my ipod and headphones around the rack, but I would like to get a 6:30, that is my goal.

i was happy with my fitness scores but i want to develop better endurance and stamina by the end of the year.

I was not upset, but I wasn't satisfied with my fitness scores either because you can never be satisfied, as there is always room for improvement. I thought my sit and reach could have been better and I can improve on it by taking yoga classes... or just stretch or something like that.

I liked most of my scores. I thought they were pretty average for what I normally do. I tihnk I could have done faster on my mile but I still broke 6mins so I'm happy. Wootton does the sit and reach differently then how I did it in my old school so I went down an inch but a 16,16 is still good in my opinion. :) -Weaver

i was not pleased with most of my scores. i didnt get to run the mile due to an injury and my push ups and sit ups could have been better, and my pacer was awful

I was sort of happy with how I did. I could improve my mile and pacer a lot, but it being so early and stuff like that it's tough to really get going. I also think with some work my sit up score could be much better. My improvement would be making myself work at that time of the morning.

My time was pretty good for the mile but
i could do better on the sit and reach and pacer.

i am pleased with most of my scores all around especially the pacer score. the only score i am not happy with is my mile time. i usually run a much faster mile than i did during this test. a way i could improve my time for the future is for me to run harder and work harder than i did because i was being lazy when i ran this mile.
