Period 2 Basketball

1)its important to anticipate the past so you can seal your deffender.
2)the fore arm wall.
3)pivot to inhibit means to keep the defender from moving on top of us and steal the ball from us.
4)its important to chin the pall in the post so no one catches the ball from our hands.
5)we release from the play and go get the ball.

1)So you can properly guard your opponent
2)you should have your opponent run into your forearm by implementing the forearm wall.
3) to prevent your defender from moving to get the ball
4) when you "chin" the ball you maintain control and the defense can not steal the ball

1. Because if u get the pass and your not ready it's a turnover
2. Use arm to help separate you from your defender
3. So the defender can get the ball from you and if he try's its a foul
4. The position gives you a great chance to score

2. You should make contact with your forearm.

3. Turn and put your back to your defender and don't let the move by pivoting.

4. So the ball does not get stolen.

5. Release yourself from the person guarding you and go to the ball don't wait for it.

3. You can pivot to keep the defender from stealing the ball from you
4. When you "chin" the ball you keep control of the ball so the defender can't knock it out
5. Release from the opponent and run to where there's open space and where the balls going to be.
