After taking your fitnessgram fitness tests, write down any reactions you have to your fitness test scores. Are you happy with your scores? Is there a particular score that you would like to improve? How will you go about doing this?

My scores for the fitness gram is similar for what i had last year, but i improved by a little. And i am happy with it because they all pass the average scores. i would like to improve my pacer score by 15 or 20. i hope to do this by running more?
Josh Lee- so today i took the fitness gram. and i think that i can improve in every category. especially push ups. I guess i can spare 15 mins a day after skool. It's not that my scores were bad. Just not good

after doing the fitness test i am feeling pretty good, there are a couple of things that i would like to improve on. for my push-ups i only 16, my goal for the next time is around 25 or more. to do this i will do pushes everyday do after cross country when i am ab work or if there is a commercial i could do some. the other thing was because i was injured i could not do the pacier but the next time i want to do good and get somewhere around 50 or 60. to reach this goal i will run everyday for cross country and do sprints as well. but other wise i was pretty happy of what i did.
I am happy with most of the scores, but i wish i did better on the "sit and reach". i will need to get more flexible to improve my score.
Brandon Fink - After taking the fitnessgram I was okay with how I did but it still wasn't what I wanted. I hope to improve my pushups score by just doing some pushups every day.
i feel like my scores were pretty good considering i did not go 100 percent, but if there was 1 test that i would most want to improve on it would have to be the pushups. i would improve this by working more on my upper body strength and doing pushups every night for the rest of my life

Hi Mrs. Dyer. I was not happy with my fitness gram scores. I want to improve on everything in the fitness gram. I can do this by doing those activities a little each day at home

I would really like to improve my fitness gram scores. I am happy with my scores, but I want to do better. I want to improve my push up and pull up scores. I will try to reach my goal by practicing through out the semester. when we eventually take the test again, I will hopefully have improved.

So far I like all of my scores and I hope to improve my pull-ups by doin more pushups at home.

I was not happy on most of my fitness test scores. But I was glad to see that my mile score improved this year than last year. Pacer was very new to me, so for next fitness test, I need to slow and save my running speed. And for pull up, I might need to work something involve with improving arm strength in order to do it.

After all of the fitness tests I felt that I could do a lot better on most of them. Also that I did better then last year though. so that's good. I guess.
Andrew SyBing- I am happy with my scores, but i would like to improve my flexibility by stretching more.
my fitnessgram scores were better then last year and are average. i hope i can keep getting better to reach my fitnesss goals.

I was very happy with the results of most of the areas on the fitness gram. I would like to improve my mile and pacer scores, so, in order to achieve this goal, I will do more running at home.
Justin Wu - My fitness scores this year, were much better than last year's (except the mile). I am very happy with my scores, because i my scores were a lot better this year. I mostly want to improve my push-ups, and my mile. After swim practice i do dry-land (push-ups, sit-ups, medicine ball), i can jog 2 laps around my neighborhood everyday to help get a better mile.
I was not happy with my pull up score and my push-ups. The good thing is that i know why i did not do well and how to improve my score for push-ups. about a week before school ended last year i broke my wrist. This was the reason why my pull-ups were not as good as i think i would have been able to have done. My wrist has been acting up(basically just hurting) lately. the reason why i only got 9 push-ups was because i play soccer. My leg muscless grow and my arms dont get any workout. I will try to do at least 15 push-ups a day though i dont know how i will improve my pull-up score.
I am not ashamed of what i got.

Yeah, i did fine, i think i need to improve my push ups, i barely got thirty and that the same i got last year. but my mile time improved a bunch. i feel like i am gonna definately win at everything forever! actually no... or maybe... whatever
Eric Li- Overall, I feel pretty neutral on how I did with my fitness gram tests. I did alright in some of them but there are other tests I need to improve on and get better at like my mile time and pull ups. Ill try to do get better by running more and doing pushups

I did not enjoy push ups and sit ups because it is very tiring. But I do want to improve my score. I enjoyed jogging. I am going to work on my stamina by exercising at home.
Elgin Martin - I'm not upset over my scores but I am not excited about them. They were alright, but I feel I could do better. I really want to improve my mile time since it was so much better in 8th grade than what I got last week. I think I just need to get back in shape after slacking in my fitness over the summer. In order to improve my mile time I would need to try to run for 1 hour for atleast 3 or 4 times a weeks. This will help me build up my stamina and allow me to be able to push myself even harder next time I run the mile.
Ammaar Yousufi- i think i can improve on my fitness gram but i think i did alright for someone who is fasting.... i am happy because my fasting is almost over and i think i can improve.

I feel good about my fitness gram test, i did a little better on the pushups and curl up but i did a minute worse on my mile. I hope to improve this by running more. My pacer was also good. I need to work on the pull up.i did really bad on that. i could practice more on my pushups and curl ups too i guess.
Warren Berlin: i was genrally happy with all my scores. However, i disimproved on the mile, in my opinion the reason being because i didnt try as hard as i did in previous years.
Kristen Van Neste - After taking the fitness gram i was surprised that I was still able to do the maximum sit-up count. I want to improve my push-ups by practicing at home and doing an extra set during dry-land swim practices. By the time we take the fitness gram again I hope I will be able to do over 22 push-ups.

Hi! i wasn't happy with my fitness gram scores. Pushups are not my strength at all:) if i did do the mile i feel that i would've improved my time from last year since i've been running daily..but i didn't get the chance to..i'm not very flexible either so my sit and reach scores didn't come out to great.. i think i can improve!
kenzie gilbert. Over all i am happy with my scores. But i do believe i can do much better. On my mile time i didn't do that good and i know i can do better. I will run more often to make sure i do better.

atfer finishing the fitness gram i feel pretty good. i didn't do as great as i have been going on the mile. last year i got in the 6's but this year i got in the 8's. i plan to improve this by running more. also in soccer i can do more ladders.

After the fitness gram test i feel i need to improve a lot more for next time. first of all for my pushups i only got 10, next time i would like to get around 20-25. in order to do this i will do push ups everyday. also i need to improve on my mile tme and pacier. i wish to get about a 7:30 on the mile and arpund 50 or 60 on the pacier. in order to reach this goal i will run everyday and after im done running i will do sprints, and then try to run a little more to build up stamina and speed.

i was overall pretty upset with my results on the fitnessgram. The things i really want to improve on are the pacer and the mile. i am going to work hard at it and get in shape in order to accomplish thi.

After doing the fitness gram i feel terrible i really let myself go, i hope to improve. I was happy with my sit-ups. I will work hard to improve on my push-ups since that is really hard. I hope to do better and prepare for our next one by working out. pce.
Mathew Saunders- overall I was happy with all of my fitness gram scores they all pass the average and i improved on everything a little. Although i think that i could do better on the push-ups and pull ups, so i will work on this by doing push-ups every night i have some free time.
Alice Gindin- I was happy enough with my fitness scores but I think that I should improve my flexability so I can do the zipper. To do this I'll do different arm stretches a few times a week so after awhile I can get my arms to link, I should also try other streches for my legs and torso as well because I'm a generally inflexible person and I'd like to change that.

I know this is really late and might not count but the past week my computer was not working and if you want a note from my mom saying that it really didnt work, then i can get one i wouldve given you a note earlier but i wasnt there on thursday and friday, you probably already know that but anyways i will answer your questions haha.
so after doing the fitness test i was kind of okay with my scores. i know i did not try my hardest on the mile so i could definitely improve on that. i was actually pretty surprised that i was able to hold my pull up for a while. but at the end of the semester i could probably improve on it as well. i have soccer everyday after school so that helps me run more so i could get a better mile time. the only thing is my ankle is fractured so i wont be running for at least 3 of 4 weeks. ill tell you about it on monday!
