i think that my pacer score could be improved alittle to satisfy me. However i have improved since last year and i am looking forward to improving more, and more this year.
my sit and reach was dicent and can improve also
my hight is ok and my weight inst.
im looking forward to improving, learning, and having fun doing it.

OVERALL I AM HAPPY WITH MY SCORES BUT I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO IMPROVE MY SCORE FOR THE PACER.
Abhishek Singh- Overall, I like my scores a lot but I think I could have gotten a little more than 37 curl-ups.
Austin Tritto, the testing has been a gruling experience and has tested me in ways i could never imagine. Hopefully i can improve every score by the spring without getting seriously injured.
Hey Mrs. Dyer it is Jason Choi and i am overall fine with my fitness scores. I know I can do better if I just get more active outside of school. But there is nothing really in particular I am really looking to improve
i thot i did fine but i can do better in pull-ups but im happy with my other scores
I think I did ok with my scores but the curl ups messed me up since we restarted after doing 10 or so already. I would like to improve on my sit and reach by doing more stretching exercises.

Matt Kehr, I am very satisfied with the way I performed on the tests of the fitness gram, although I could improve on pullups by doing more pushups and other excercises.

I thought i did good but i can improve on the pulls-up. The only way i can inprove on the pull-up is if a set a goal for myself.

Overall, I am pleased with ,my performance, I think I could have pushed myself more and gotten a better score on the pull ups and pacer but i will just have to wrok harder next time.
I am satisfied with my scores. The only thing that was bugging me was the pacer cause my knees all jacked up but I couldve done better, but other then that I'm good.

I am so thrilled with the results of my fitness gram this year. My mile time,sit ups,push ups,and pacer were to me absouletly superb. My results this year were far more better than last year. My pushups increased by 10. My situps increased by 8. MY pacer increased by 9 and my mile increased by 4 minutes.I am also very proud that i was able to shake off 20 lbs this summer. I am so excited for gym this year!

Overall I am okay with my scores but I think I could do much better on my mile time and my sit and reach.

i like my score in general because it shows i havn't become a fatty after 2 months of summer atrophy. i kinda wish my pacer was better
I think i did very bad this year. My scores almost all dropped and i need to improve on all my tests. to do this i will run everyday, lift weights, and do push ups.

I believe that did very well on my fitness gram, including my best mile time yet 7:44, but there is still room to improve. I will focus on increasing my pull up test and my mile time. I will be able to focus on this more during the offseason between football and lacrosse in which I plan to lift and run alot.
I am satisfied with my fitness test scores but I think I could definitely have improved in the section of the arm hangs/pull-ups and push ups.. I really lack upper body strength.
Mitchell Bridge, overall i was pleased with my pacer and curl-ups score, however i would like to improve my mile by trying harder next time.

Overall I am very happy with the results of the fitness gram. I think I did great on the sit ups and the pacer, but I need to improve on the pull ups by working on upper body strength.

I'm okay with my fitness scores, but I like to work on my pull-ups. I think that I should try to do as many pull-ups as I can each day since I can't do any right now.
I did alright in the fitness gram, I think I could have done a lot better on the mile/pacer if my foot wasn't hurting

i did very bad on pull ups push ups and the mile. i will do more running lifting weights, and doing push ups and curl ups

Overall Im pretty happy with my scores but I would like to improve my pull-ups. Upper body strength is the key for me I guess. Running, sit-ups were really fine.
