After taking your fitnessgram fitness tests, write down any reactions you have to your fitness test scores. Are you happy with your scores? Is there a particular score that you would like to improve? How will you go about doing this?

I am extremely happy with my test i never even knew that i could get 1 pull up :D that was quite the surprise...... FIRST POST LOLOLOLOLOL i win!

After taking the fitness tests I was not dissapointed but at the same time not happy about them. I know I can do better but I am out of shape but hopefully when we take the final fitness testing I'll be in better shape and improve. I am aiming to do better on the push up, pull up and curl up test. When wrestling conditioning and season start my endurance and resistance will improve. So when its time to take the final testing I will be in better shape and most likely my scores will improve.

I am happy with my fitnessgram scores. The score i would like to improve on is my pull ups. I will do this by working out hard everyday.

I'm very happy about my pullup score. I usually do bad in that area. I will try to improve on my pacer score next time by working hard.
i was shocked by my results! i never knew i was so strong; i can do 1 pull up!

i was surprised i did 60 on the pacer. kinda wish i hadnt. i could improve my sit ups. push ups i can only do well at my own pace. The lady on the recording got on my nerves so i stopped. but atleast i remembered to do the blog. Will-2...Blog-0
i thought i was in shape untill i took the fitness test. I need to step up my game. i need to improve on almost everything. I only did 2 situps.

I am so so happy with my fitnessgram scores i would like to improve on my mile time this would happen if i have perservearence and dedication. also if it was possible that i didnt sweat i would do better

I was injured to i didn't take the fitness gram tests even. I would probably get average scores and i plan to improve on it by working out and jogging when i can start playing sports again.

I feel that although my scores aren't the best, they are significantly better than the tests I did in middle school. I need to be able to do one pull-up though. LOL
my fitness scores were okay but there's always room for improvement.

I didn't take the fitness gram test, but i know i need to practice on my pull-ups and pacer scores. I will do this by practicing a each a few times a week.

I am fine with the results I got on the fitness gram tests. I probably could have gotten higher scores on all of them if I tried a little harder. Running the pacer twice was definatley a blower though.. haha
I am happy with my fitnessgram scores, but i want to improve my mile time. I can do this by going running at home.

I was not in the class during the fitness testing so I dont know if i would like my test scores or not

I am happy with most of my scores except my mile. I didnt do well because my hip was sore so my mile time wasn't very accurate. My real mile should be somewhere in the 4 minute range.

Overall I am happy with my fitnessgram scores but I know that I'll automatically improve all of my scores just by participating in Basketball.
i would like to improve my pull ups and sit and reach scores i will practice them so next time i will get a better score
