In order to be successful in the three on three unit, my team needs to be able to communicate and work well with one another as well as taking good shots and follow each shot that is put up. We need to do this because in order to get every possible point we can, we have to take good shots and follow each shot. We need to communicate in order to know what we are going to do.

My 3 on 3 team must be able to do three important side of the game including, passing, scoring, and defense. This is because these are the fundamental rules to win a game, which we will do.

1) defense-defense is all about effort-playing tough d is vital to success in 3 on 3-if your opponent can't score, you will win every time

2) ball movement-moving the ball around leads to open shots

3) shooting-if you have an open shot, you must be able to knock it down

1. Teamwork, our team must work together and build synergy to be successful. Always passing, no ball hogs, and setting picks etc.

2. Communication, our team must remember eachothers name so we can communicate properly while playing. Calling out names and such to set picks and such.

3. Focus, our team must always be focused on the game so we can be aware of open picks, and open shots and passes.

My team needs to have:

1. Good passing, so we can find the open shot on each possession

2. Good closeouts on shooters so the other team has to drive inside to score.

3. Good chemistry, so we can have good rotations on defense and pick each other up when we make mistakes.

Three things my 3 on 3 team needs to be successful are:
1)Communication- (Calling out picks, letting teammates know that we are open, calling out names to set picks)
2)Stick to fundamentals:(play good defense, pass the ball well, rebounding, good shot selection, etc.)
3) Teamwork (Unselfish play, good ball movement, setting picks)

Each three on three team must execute the fundamentals of the game which include, passing, shooting, rebounding, and defense. Other things like setting screens and having plays would help a team win.

1. You must be able to move the ball around well, shifting the defenders for open shots.
2. Good communication. If you don't understand what your teammate will do, it might result in throwing the ball away.
3.You must also be able to rotate and help on defense, keeping your opponents points low and giving you a better chance to win by a bigger margin.

We must be able to pass well and find the open pass, take open shots, and set screens. We need to do these things because we need to be proficient in scoring doing this we will be. We can't be selfish and need to always be looking for the open pass in order to score. Also if we set screens we will be helping each other get open and creating open shots. Also we need to take open and high percentage shots because we need to score very proficiently and keep ahead of our opponents.

In order for my team to do well in this unit we must use each others strengths to cover up our own weaknesses. For example, if you know your not the best 3 point shooter and your team needs a 3 you should drive in and draw a defender then find the person on your team that can shoot the 3 ball well. Another thing we must do well is take what the other team is giving us if they give us an easy match up we have to take advantage of it.

To be successful, we must be smart with our passes and shots, have correct positioning, follow up our shots, and have overall good teamwork. We will not be successful if people are ball hogs or make dumb decisions. We also need to move around and look for open passes instead of standing in one place the whole game.

In order to be successful during the 3 on 3 unit, my team must be able to work as one unit on offense to find, and take good shots, and find the open man. My team must also play solid defense to back up our offense, in order for us to win games. Last but not least, our team must communicate with each other. By communicating effectively, we will know if anything is coming our way on defines, and the other players can help out, and it can help us score on offense.

1. Your team needs to pass very well so you can take advantage of all players on your team

2.Your team needs to know how to pickup and help each other on defense so there are less open shots Taken and less gaps in the lane.

3. Team movement off the ball is crucial to get open so you can have a better chance of scoring

If my 3 on 3 team wants to be successful we will have to move the ball around and find open shots and lanes to the basket for easy lay-ups. Also defense will be a big factor if we want to win in 3 on 3. we will have to play man D and guard each player tight.

1) Passing. Our team must pass the ball well to score
2) We need to take smart shots
3) we need to work hard to get rebounds, both offensive and defensive

In order to be successful in the three on three unit my team and I need to be able to communicate, play solid defense, and play together. We can't have one person taking every shot because that leads to turnovers and typically losses. We need to communicate by calling out screens and such to inform our players of what is going on behind each other. Lastly we need to play solid defense and not foul because good defense leads to regaining the possession and scoring.

1. My team must have good ball movement so we are harder to defend.
2. We must rebound well to create extra possessions for ourselves and limit second chance opportunities for the other team.
3. We must value the ball and not commit turnovers so we can maximize on our offensive possessions.

My 3 on 3 team must provide good defense, be able to drive the paint, and choose a good shot selection. All of these will help because it helps improve the team's game and trust each other more with the ball.
