3 strengths that my 3 on 3 team must posses in order to be successful would be:
.unselfishness
.ball control
.good shot selection
We must posses these skills because if we can be unselfish and make sure everyone gets the ball, it will eventually brake down the defense. This is also where ball control comes in to play.It will make us not rush shots. And lastly we must take good shots for a higher chance that the ball goes in. This is all based on my past experiences and what I've learned in class!!!

Three things to be successful (3on3):

-Getting to the paint quickly to receive a pass

-Setting Screens

-Setting Picks

-Confident passing and maneuverability within the team is also a strength that would help too.

1) The ability to share the ball. To be a sucessful team you have to be able to share the ball and create space and good shot looks for your teamates.
2) Pick and roll. To create space to score and to pass the ball to your teamates.
3) Scoring. Without points you cant win.

1. We would have to have good communication in order to follow through with a play.
2. We would have to pass the ball a lot to create space in between the defenders.
3. We would have to play a good defense and force the other team to take outside shots

Passing, driving, and overall teamwork because without these three things then we will not do very well in the 3v3 unit.

1. Setting screens for each other and rolling to the basket. This is essential for getting open looks at the basket
2. Passing the ball. We have to be able to share the ball so that we can score successfully
3. Protect/control the ball. Not turning over the ball and getting good shots are key to winning

Three strengths a 3on3 team must possess to be successful:

1. Pass the ball. Don't hog the ball.

2. Good communication. Call out eachothers names when trying to get the ball.

3. Good teamwork. Set screens and picks.

These three strengths must be possessed to be successful in the 3on3 unit because without them, the team would not succeed and it the class would be less fun.

1. Good Defense- If your team plays good defense then the other team will not score and you will get the ball back.
2. Good shot selection- You must take good shots so you have a better chance to score and you do not waste your possession.
3. Good teamwork- Your team has to work together and communicate to play good offence and defense.

1. Set picks for each other when needed for your teammates. This will let your teammates be able to get open.
2. Strong defense. This will help make you even more successful because with a good defense you can stop the other team from taking a shot and get rebounds.
3. Play with confidence. You will be more successful if you play confidently because then you and your teammates will have a better shot of winning and score more points if you only have confidence in oneself.

Passing- bad passing leads to turnovers, limiting offensive
Dribbling- bad dribbling also leads to steals and turnovers
Shooting- if you can not shoot well, you can not win a game

1. Passing the ball quickly and accurately is crucial in order to make the defense work and to create space.
2. Using a jabstep helps to create space so your move will be succesful against the opposing team.
3. Good defence challenges the opposing team with their ability to score and to be successful.

1. ball movement

2. good shot selection

3. pick and roll

All of the 3 players have to be unselfish and pass the ball so we can score easily. Rushing a shot will lead only to a turnover or missed shot so we need to take time to find a good open shot and not take bad shots. The pick and roll will create a lot of space so the player can make a good pass or take a wide open shot.

three strengths that your 3 on 3 team must possess to be successful are:

-Good communication and passing. Without these, there is no point in having your other 2 teamates.

-Creating space is another key strength. Without creating space, it'd be much harder to get a good shot down.

-Shot selection is one of the main strengths as well as being able to score. This is the main objective of the game and by picking higher percentage shots such as lay-ups, getting points will be much easier.

communication- In order to know what your team mates are thinking and want to do, you need to talk.
unselfishness- you need to be able to pass the ball enough that all team mates have an equal opportunity to score and more opportunities most likely means more scoring.
good shot selection- If your team is only taking quality shots it is more likely that you will score a majority of the time

1. Pick and roll to make space and get open

2.keeping possession of the ball because without possession, the other team cant score

3.strong drives into the paint so that we can make the lay ups or get the foul.

Anonymous said...

1. effort to rebound b/c utilizing all 3 players to rebound will maximize the number of offensive possesions
2. sharing the ball b/c isolation plays do not work well in 3 on 3
3. helping your teammates b/c giving a team mate who is trapped with the ball an option to pass too will minimize pointless turnovers

1. unselfishness- so everybody gets the ball and can score
2. setting screens - so teamates can get eachother open to score
3. good ball movement - gets the defense tired and breaks down

1. You can use a pick and roll to get open and create space
2. The oplayers need to have good chemistry and communicate.
3. No one can be a ball hog. They need to pass the ball and move it around.
