Period 2 Basketball

Due Date: Tuesday, November 10th

1) defense- the best offense is a successful defense

2) shooting- more shots=more points

3) passing- controls the flow the of the offence

For my 3 on 3 team to be succesful we must be able to most importantly be able to shoot 3's well. This is the easiest way to demoralize the other team and win quickly. We need to play good defense to limit the other team's points and we need to rebound to get 2nd chance points.

The three strengths that my team must possess to be successful are a good inside game, good rebounding, and good passing. We need a good inside game because those are higher percentage shots. Rebounding is necessary so the other team does not get second opportunities to score. Passing is necessary because one person cannot beat three people.

Three strengths my team 3 on 3 team must possess are defense, defense keeps you in the lead. Scoring, which gets you in the lead. and rebounding, which gives you more possessions and fewer chances for the other team to score. We will beat freddy's team

1)Defense-less points for opponents means better chance for your team to win

2)passing-less turnovers=more time of possesion

3)shooting-more shots=good chance of getting a lot of points

base on my experience, i think we need to have players that can really work well with each other, and a good rebounder will surely help for the second chance attack.

the three things that a three on three team needs to be successful is rebounding, shooting, and passing. My team is good but we cant rebound. we can all shoot and pass, but were just too short. stephen ho can jump though, so...yea.

For my team to be succesfull we must have a good post game. That will help because we will be able to shoot down low or kick it out for a good shot. We must rebound well so we can get 2nd chance points and play good defense.

1) Defense - force the oppenent to take outside shoots rather then shot in the paint which are high percentage

2)Shot selection- try to take close range shots rather than 3's

3) rebounding- offense rebounds equal more points

In order for my team to be succesfull during games, we must have a good inside game, good passing, and good defense. Our inside game will allow us to have a better offense and a higher chance of scoring points. Good passing will allow us to have more time possesion and less of a chance of making any turn overs. Lastly, we must have a good defense to prevent the other team from getting the opportunity to score any points or make any good passes.

1. defense. must keep the other team from scoring.

2. offense. no matter how much you dont let the other team score, if you dont score yourself, it will end up as a tie or your loss.

3. team work. one person cant carry the team. offense wins games. team work wins championships.

1) defense-defense wins championships and stops other team from scoring 2) rebounding-second chance points 3) making shots-can't win without scoring. Stephen is a fool

We have to pass the ball well to get open shots and not force ourselves into tough shots. We need to rebound the ball for second chance points. And finally we need to play good defense so we don't have to score to many points and still win the game.

You need good post players, good passing, and shooting to have a successful team of 3.

Willie- Our 3 on 3 team 3 strengths our team should have are shooting without being blocked, passing the ball so someone can go for the lay up, and defense so we can get the re bound and have a shot at making the 2nd chance basket

3 Strengths

1. Good post game, didn't have a good post game in the 2 on 2 unit, and thats the reason we couldn't win a lot of games.

2.Defense, need to play tough defense, to keep our team in the game.

3. Passing, can't turn the ball over, usually the team with the least amount of turnovers tends to win.

Will Ruben-
1. your team must be able to move the ball by passing to find open shots.
2. Your team must be able to play solid defense (generally man to man)
3. Your team must be able to make shots and attack the basket (offense)
-to do so, you must also be able to communicate well as a team.

1. Good defense. With good defense, the other team will score fewer points.

2. Making shots. Making your shots obviously means putting up more points.

3. Good passing. With good passing, good chemistry is made, which is needed to make the flow of the game go in your favor.

For my team to be successful in the 3 on 3, we need to have a big man in the post "that's me" a three point shooter and a good passer.

My team must have a successful inside game, be able to make open shots and crash the boards in order to be successful.

Kyle Weissenburger,
Three strengths my team possess are shooting, passing, and movement. We can shoot very well, have great movement and we move the ball great. But, we need to step up our defense if we want to win the championship. We will never give up until we reach our goal we are warriors on the court.

Three strengths my 3 on 3 team must have are the the abililty to play defense to prevent the other team from scoring. We are also good shooters which will help us win by out scoring our opponent. Also we are good at passing which will help us find the open person for the shot.
