1a. Ideal physical fitness would be having a balance between muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibity, etc. that is healthy and gives one self confidence.
1b. Yes, I'm on my way there. I just need a ton of work on flexibility because I can't even touch my toes. I also need work on strength. I'm not balanced in those areas.
2a. I think it will be the same as it is now. Considering in 30 years I will be less physically able than now, I think my ideal physical fitness will also include being able to push one's boundaries.
2b. I hope so. Regular excercise and simple, everyday lifestyle changes such as walking or biking instead of driving can help. It also helps to have a routine and stick to it.

I had to do some digging to find the link to this blog

1a) my idea of physical fitness is that you are the right
weight for your size and highet and that you have more body mucle
then you have fat.
1b) I think i am physically fit because i am not over weight for
my size and im not fat.

2a)i think that in 30yrs that my idea of being physically fit will
not change because your not to old to workout and you should mantain your right body size.
2b)I belevie i will be fit in 30 yrs because i play lots of sports
and i go outdoor activitys alot and not just sit and watch tv

1a. Ideal physical fitness is where your body is healthy to the point where you can do everyday activities.

1b. I am physically fit because I am healthy and I do not have any thing that prevents me from doing my day to day activities.

2a. I think my definition of ideal physical fitness in 30 years will remain the same.

2b. I think I will continue to be physically fit by working out on a day to day basis, gradually increasing my workload and become more and more physically fit.

1a) my ideal physical fitness is being healthy, such as staying fit and in good shape (body, strength and weight),eating healthy, and having a fast mile score =] Another way is to excercise often

1b) I am in the healthy physically fit zone based on all the fitness gram charts/tests since 6th grade. I belive I am physically fit and healthy. And I do excercise often, otherwise, i'd feel really out of shape.

2a) In 30 years, I will be a lot older and won't be as capable to sports. my ideal physical fitness then would be able to run descent, still eat healthy and making sure I don't get arthritis.

2b) i believe i will be physically fit in 30 years because my eating habits are pretty healthy and habits are hard to break. and excercising is fun

1a) Ideal physical fitness is working out by playing sports or doing other activiies where everything comes into play - your speed, agility, strength, and other components.
1b)I believe that I am becoming physically fit based on my defenition. I do karate where my strength and agility are tested. When I play basketball, my speed, coordintation, and even concentration are tested.
2a)I think that my defenition will stay the same except I would stress eating extremely healthy, foods as an addition to my fitness defenition.
2b)Hopefully, over the years, I will become stronger, faster, and better at fitness rather than the opposite. In my 40's, I would be happy being not just being fit but still athletic. I plan on doing this by running and doing karate everyday. I would play basketball and other sports like tennis every weekend because I would probably have a busy schedule.

1a.) Physical Fitness: is having the ability to exercise using muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardio.
1b.) Yes, i am physically fit. Betweemn doing pilates at home, exercising with my soccer team, and gym class (as well as typical exercising from daily routines.) I definitely need to work on my cardio and toning my body to be at my desired physical fitness level.

2a.) I believe my idea of physical fitness will be the same as it is now. Being fit will always mean the same thing (to me). I might adjust my exercise level according to my lifestyle, but i will always strive to be physically fit.
2b.) I believe i will be physically fit, although you never know what will happen almost 20 years from now!!! a lot of things could change before then, but i will always work out and try to keep my body toned, thin, and physically fit.

1a. ideal physical fitness would include exercising every day, and eating a balanced diet.
1b. No, i am working on becoming physically fit by eating a balanced diet and exercising every day, for example jogging after school and walking to and from school.
2a. I think I will not be the same because apparently when people get old and saggy, they can't do anything and if they try to jog on the treadmill then they just fall and break their hips.
2b. Hopefully. A normal exercisize routine is important and im working on that. I live near Giant so we usually just walk to get groceries because it is so close and it saves gas and gets you exercise. But I do need to start a summer sport.

1a. My deffinition of ideal pysical fitness is when you are happy with your body image and you feel healthy.

1b. Yes, by doing general phys ed and track after school 6 days a week I am in pretty good condition and im happy with myself.

2a. I think in 30 years my ideal physical fitness will be the same. Feeling healthy and being happy with the way your body is is pretty ideal. You dont have to be skinny or muscular to me in shape.

2b. Yes I do, I stretch and run regularly and I eat pretty healthy so if I maintain that I think I'll be pretty healthy in 30 years.

1a. I believe ideal physical fitness is having a balance between good nutrition, exercise and just an overall healthy lifestyle.
1b. I am not an idealy physicly fit person. I am not horribly fit though either. I work out probably twice a week and eat fairly well.
2a. I believe my idea of physical fitness will not change because i will still be the same person living, pretty much, the same lifestyle.
2b. I think my physical fittness will not change in the next 30 years. Since i do not work out alot anyways I do not think my lifestyle will change very much.
