My definition of fitness is being able to stay at the top of your game at whatever sport you play. I think that i am becoming "fit" because of the conditioning and workouts i face with my teams. In 30 years my definition of fitness would be to keep a good bmi and to be able to run 2 miles without stopping and to bench at least 160. I'd do this by playing recreationally or working out.

2b. I will be physically fit in 30 years because i'm going to exercise every day either outside or in a gym. I'm also going to continue to swim and run.

1a. Ideal physical fitness would be having good endurance, speed, agility and all of the other skills used in sports, running, etc.

1b. I believe I am becoming physically fit.

2a. In 30 years it will be the same.

2b. I think I will still be fit. It may be harder to maintain fitness as you grow older though. As long as I eat right and exercise i should stay fit.

1a.The ideal physical fitness is the state of the fitness which you think is most ideal or perfect. I think having no disease and problem in our usual life plus being able to actively participate in any sport is being idealitically fit.
1b. Based on my definition of ideal physical fitness, I'm becoming more fit through this class, because sports we do in school make me healthier, but also makes me to participate actively in many sports.
2a. I think my definition of ideal physical fitness will not include being active in sports, but would focus on maintaing health in 30 years.
2b. I will be physcally fit in 30 years and I will achieve it by exercising at least 30 minutes everyday.

1b. I am trying to become physical fit. Ill think I might be in the future.
2a. My definition of physical fit in 30 years would be going outside to walk(jog) some days and eat healthy because I probably already reached my peak.
