Period 2 Basketball

Due Date: Wednesday, February 29th

We are getting ready to start our 3 on 3 unit. Based on your own basketball experience, as well as your 2 on 2 experience, what are three strengths that your 3 on 3 team must possess to be successful? Why?

To be successful, my 3 on 3 team must have good ball movement to create shot oppurtunities, be able to shoot well to score points, and be able to have some type of inside or post game to score points or create outside shot oppurtunities

2 Strengths:
3.0 line accuracy

Passing it to teach other

2 Weaknesses:
Throws are too strong/maybe inaccurate/hard to catch sometimes

Sometimes its literally 2v2 instead of 3v4 or something

we must be able to possess at least one shooter and have a good defense in order to be successful. Me also must have a decent rebounding to be good

In order to win a 3 on 3 team needs a post player, a good passer to set up the post play, and communication. A team needs these qualities to score points, be efficient on the court, and win games.

A three vs three teams needs to have good communication, versatility, and teamwork. It was a little less important in two vs two, but with more players on the court, general teamwork is key.

when you have 3 on 3 basketball its better when you have 3 then you can have someone always at the bottom protecting the basket and it makes it harder for the other team to score

To be successful on our 3 on 3 teams the key essentials are post moves, good passing and accurate shots.

for three on three basketball there are many things your team needs to be vicious. First you need good ball movement so that you keep the defender moving and get open shots. Second we need good shoot selection so that our odds of scoring on each possession are high. Third we need to box out on rebounds so we can prevent the other team of second chance points.

We must have good teamwork, one person who can shoot and get points, and there should be a tall person so we can get rebounds.

The 3 on 3 team needs to be cooperative, have good defense and be fast. This is the way the team can be successful.

TO be sucessful, we need to beable to pass well together, and get open. its important to move around and play good defense. Moving around will give us good looks for a good shot.

1) Good ball movement
2) Good at driving
3) Defense has to be good
all of these 3 because, i believe that is what makes a team strong.

Three strengths we need to have are make good passes, get rebounds, and have good teamwork. If we make good passes and have good teamwork we'll be able to get the ball to someone who will be open for a shot and the other team won't steal the ball. By getting rebounds we will stop the other team from getting the ball and scoring.

3 strengths our team must possess when playing is possession with the ball, good ball movement, and good shot selections so we can win all of our games.

1. We must share the ball very well because it gets the defense tired
2. We must spread the court and not bunch up. because then it is harder to drive
3. Take layups not shots because they are more likely to go in.

To be successful you need...
1. Communication.
2. Good passes and ball handling.
3. A good shoot.
These are needed as they are 3 of the main elements in any basketball game.

In three on three 2 strengths are getting open for the shot and making the extra pass leading to open shots. Two weaknesses include passes being a little inaccurate and mix matches on defense. Papa Nkrumah

TO be successful, our team must make all of our easy lay-ups. Also, we must work as a team, no deep threes or any nonsense like that. Finally, we have to have fun :)

1. We have to work together as a team to get goals, not just shoot 3's the entire time

2. We need good ball handling skills. We cant afford to drop the ball all the time

3. We need to try to get more lay-ups
