Period 1 Advanced Basketball

Due Date : October 20th

We are currently in our 2 on 2 unit. At the beginning of this unit we spent several days working on post moves and focusing on a post-wing game. Based on what you have learned, how is your team's post game during game play? Do you think this is affecting your win/loss record? Why?

WEAVER

Ok so my team mate was Perry and he is an amazing basketball player and I'm just blah. I have to say we didn't use many post moves, he would pass to me I would pass back and he would make 3 pointers. I shot a few and would make some but over all I think we did ok given the conditions.

we havent really used the moves yet but i can't say my team keeps on winning or loseing beacuse we havent used the moves yet and we win some games and we lose some. so idk if the moves are helpful or not

well the post moves works something but most of time we are try to score and win so we don't use post moves that much and i don't think it efect our win and loss because we do the same with or without post moves

our post game is terrible because both jake and i are face to the basket guards. but were still a five hundred team with many overtime and gamewinning shots

my teamate and i don't really use post moves unless we are playing a team with people that are much smaller then us...so i don't really know if it is helping us win or not but it could be.

Our teams post moves come in handy when we decide to use them, but we find our outside game more effective, using the inside game as a means of effectively shooting outside shots or penetrating towards the basket. I think that the usage of the post, rather than the post moves, is effecting the outcome of our games.

for my two on two team, we dont really use a lot of post moves and mainly rely on outside shooting and penetrating to the hoop since we dont have a big man. this hasnt effected our record much because we are in first place in the class still.

We havn't used alot of post moves, which is probably the best thang to do because both me and han are small asians. I don't think this has too much impact on whether or not we win, we (or atleast I) tend to take more outside shots, cause they make a better sound when they go in.
