1.) 25 points (have a 2 point lead)
2.) 1-Player should lift arms above their head and form a triangle with their hands above their forehead (knees shoulder width apart & can be slightly bent) 2-Your wrists will push up and your arms will be straight when you finish setting.

1. Pro volleyball is typically played best of five sets. In order to win a set you need to get twenty five points and beat the other team by at least 2
2. To set the ball get in an athletic position with your knees bet. Then make your hands into a triangle and extend your arms to set the ball.
