1) Fundamental skills can help you move the ball and score offensively as well as play good defense.

2)One on One attacking and Defending the basket helps you drive into the basket and get more blocks defensively.

3)Two on Two post moves can help you score easy layups in a 5 vs 5 play.

4)3 vs 3 setting screens will help your team mates get open in 5 vs 5.

5)I'm not sure how successful I am in these topics but i hope I'll improve.

1) my fundamentals are solid I have a good understanding of the game
2) I like attacking the basket and I think im the best at that and defending. Kawhi leonard stole the klaw from Gary Payton, and Payton stole it from me.
3) I love playing in the post just because I have an arsenal of different moves to use. I don't care who im guarding as long as they know im not giving up anything easy.
4) my 3 on3 team moves the ball very well and we get the best open shot possible
5) I'm unstoppable...

1) Fundamental skills: can help you move the ball and score on offensive and play good defense and will help with setting picks.

2) 1 on 1: Defending the basket and having good defensive helps you drive to the basket using layups or slam dunks if your an NBA player and get more rebounds.

3) 2 on 2: post moves can help you score layups in a 5 vs 5 play and have passes and picks used.

4) 3 on 3: setting picks and making smart passes will help your teammates get open for an open shot and make the basket in 5 vs 5.

5) I don't think I am successful with these topics but i hope I will learn more and practice them.

1) Fundamental Skills and movement is a great skill to be born with. It gives you an advantage over others and increases skills.
2) 1 on 1 helps you work on a 5v5 because you are always defending someone, and it will kind of be like a 1v1, and practicing 1v1 would really be useful
3) 2 on 2 focuses on teamwork between two players as well as paying attention to the two enemies which would help you because the 4 other players on your team is looking out.
4) 3 on 3 creating space would be a big use because in 5v5, you got to make space, especially because there are 5 people on the court and it would be more difficult. Practicing 3v3 is an easier version and it is really helpful.
5) I feel I am improving everyday because of these games. Each type of game boosts my skills in unique places.

1) Fundamental skills will help attribute to ou 5-on-5 gameplay as we find the most effective and efficient ways to play against our opponents.

2) 1-on-1 helps so that we know what's a good move to do against a single defender.

3) 2-on-2 helps show how to be an effective player without having the ball.

4) 3-on-3 wil help to show how to get open, and help a teammate get open through more cuts and screening someone w/out the ball.

5) I feel successful with more teammate as I still need to improve in 2-on-2 or 1-on-1.

1. Fundemental skills help you with basic things in a game like shoot, dribbling, and passing. How well you do in these things depend on your skill.

2.There are many 1 on 1 situations in game. You must be able to break down your defender to get to the rim. You must also be able to stop someone else from breaking you down and scoring.

3. In defense you not only have to stop the other team from scoring, but you also must know how to play defense with other players. This includes help, deny, etc. You also must be able to feed the post and make post moves.

4. To help get your teammates ope, you must set on ball and off ball screens. You must be able to read the defense to decide whether you should shoot, pass, or drive. Since there are five people on your team, you must know how to space out appropriately.

5. Right now, I feel like I'm most successful in fundamental skill. I definitely need to work on attacking the basket and defending it as well.

1. Fundamental skills can help you take and make better shots and go down the court to play defense. Movement skills can help you get open to take and make better shots.

2. Attacking the basket can help you on a fast break and its just you and a defender. Defensively, its the same thing but on the opposite side of the floor. You need to defend your basket so you need to defend well by yourself.

3. Post moves can get easy buckets in 5 on 5. Defense can help you stop the other team from scoring so you can win the game.

4. Setting screens can help your teammates get open to take good shots. Reading the defense can help you make the right decisions, whether that is to pass it or shoot it, when you have the ball. Creating space can help you get open to take those good shots and make them.

I am very successful with these topics usually. But now that have a losing record, I think I need to be able to read the defense better in order to make the decision to pass or shoot the ball.

Fundamental skills: help you move the ball around, they are needed in 5 on 5 in order to help your team to have success getting the ball up and down the court

Attacking the basket is definitely one of the most important aspects of basketball, especially in 5 on 5. It is important especially when your team has a fast break.

Post moves are very important to get to your tall post players during 5 on 5. They lead to easy layups. Defense is also important because it prevents the other team from scoring.

Setting screens allow for your teammates to make shots. Creating space allows your teammates to have an easy break to the basket, or pass if needed. Reading the defense allows the other team to have a disadvantage so you can find the smartest way possible to the basket.

I find myself doing well in these topics, but I need to work on my fundamental skills more in order to be successful in the game.

1. you need all the basic skills to play 5 on 5 and if your not constantly moving and setting pics it is a hard game.
2.knowing how to play 1 on 1 makes playing 5 on 5 and having teammates around you much easier.
3. 2 on 2 is important because it helps learn how to set good pics for 5 on 5.
4. 3 on 3 helps build skills in creating space and getting use to having more than two people on a team.
