1. Anticipate the pass because as the ball is swung around the perimeter, the perimeter players on your side might pass to the post so you must ready.

2. As you take your position, use the forearm wall to block the defender, and create some space, but don't push him.

3. Pivot to gain position, swing your butt into the defender's knee to make it harder for him to move.

4. You must keep it under the chin because it will be harder to get the ball knocked away.

5. Position for possession means don't let the ball come to you, go towards the ball.

1. It's important to anticipate the pass because as the ball is swing to the wing, you should step in and seal your man.
2. You should make contact using the forearm wall. Forearm wall is when you have a nice, sturdy, position and the opponent should run into your arm but without giving any ground.
3. Pivot to inhibit means to use your footwork and body to seal the defender behind and to keep them from stealing the ball.
4.It's important to chin the ball in the post becuase you would hold the ball tightly to prepare to move and so that no one can steal the ball.
5. Position for possession means to release from the defender and get the ball as it is in motion of being passed to the offensive player.

2. You should make contact with a steady, sturdy, and NOT extended forearm wall.

3. PIvot to inhibit means rotate or turn with your forearm wall to keep them from moving.

1. It allows you to seal your opponent so that they can not block the pass.
2. You should use the forearm wall without extending your arm so that you are not under risk of getting a foul.
3. Pivoting around using your free arm to block the defender stops them from getting around you to block the pass.
4. It prevents anyone from knocking the ball out of your hands.
5. Get in a position to catch the ball even if it means giving up some space you got in the post.

1. So you have time to forearm block the defender and catch the pass.

2. You use your forearm to keep the defender away and then you go and catch the ball.

3. You step into the defender, then turn so your back is against their chest and they can't reach the ball.

4. So the defender is able to hit the ball from you hands and it also makes you hold the ball tighter. The defender will also have to go around you because your elbows are blocking them too.

5. Position yourself so you can get the ball safely and easily. Also the position must ensure that the defender isn't able to get the ball first
