1. It is important to anticipate when the ball is coming near you so you can get in a position to receive the ball and score

2. With a forearm wall and seal

3. It means seal your defender by pivoting in a permanent position and fight for that area to "inhibit" it and be able to receive the ball there

4. It is important to chin it so defenders cant knock it out of your hands

5. Position for possession means you must get in the right spot where you can make a play on the ball being thrown into you even if its a bad pass. It means to get in a position where you're flexible and able to adjust to the pass

1. So you can step in and start sealing your man.
2. You should make contact by using the forearm wall.
3. Pivot to inhibit means to seal the defender behind you and keeping them on top of you so they don't steal the ball.
4. It is important to chin the ball in the post because its harder for the defender to steal it and you can do fakes more effectively.
5. Position for possession means to release from the defender and receive the ball.

1. It is important to anticipate the ball because you want to be prepared to post your player.

2. You should make contact by using the forearm wall to set your place in the post.

3. Pivot to Inhibit means to keep your defender from being in front of you or moving.

4. This is important because you do not want defenders to easily knock loose the ball.

5. It allows easy possession to the poster because the player attacks the ball when it is passed so that the defender cannot steal the ball. Fight for the possession when passed.

3.Keep them from moving, using your top arm and top foot, then rotate to seal your defender.
4. So no one can knock the ball out of your hands.

its important to anticipate the pass to set your team up around the basket. you should make soft contact with the defender with out hurting them or extending your arm. Inhibit means to keep the defenders moving. you chin the ball because you can go either way with it. position for possession is to keep the ball at your chin.

1. As the post player you should anticipate that the ball would be made to your side and should begin to step in and start sealing your man.

2. Make sure your forearm is steady and not extend it.

3. You keep your pivot foot from moving.

4. So that no one can knock it out of our hands.

5. When the ball is thrown you don't sit back and let the ball come to us but you release from your defender and go meet the ball.

1. It's important because it leads to a smooth play, rather then on where they would have to reset the ball.
2. Make contact with your forearm.
3. It enables you to set your self up against the defender where they cannot reach the ball, yet you are set up perfectly.
4. Its important to chin the ball, because if you keep it low, there's a chance that any other defender can come and hit out of your hands.
5.It means instead of watching the ball come to you, make that one extra step to make sure the ball does not get stolen but get into your hands.

1.) It is important to anticipate the pass because then you can step in and start to seal your defender.

2.) You should make contact using the forearm wall, and make sure that you don't extend your forearm so you don't get a fouled called on you.

3.) Pivot to inhibit means to use your forearm wall and top arm, make contact with the defender with your top arm and top foot, rotate with your bottom foot, throwing your butt into the defender's knees, inhibiting them from moving around the top of you and stealing the ball.

4.) It is important to chin the ball in the post because then the defender can't knock the ball out of your hands.

5.) Position for possession means to release from defender and to go get the ball when it is passed to you.

Anticipating the pass means that as the ball is swung around the perimeter, you get in position on your side of the court, and seal your man, so you are ready to recieve the pass when it comes.

you make contact by using a "forearm wall," where you keep your forearm steady, and use it to not give the defender any space. YOu do not extend the forearm.

Pivot to inhibit means that you use the forearm wall with your top arm, make contact with the defender using your top foot and top arm, to prevent, or inhibit them from getting any position.

its important to chin the ball so that nobody will knock it out of your hands.

position for possesion means that you move away from your man, so that you can catch the pass, ans so that your man wont steal it.
