1. You have to screen the area, which your teammate will go too and get open.
2. The offensive player can go backdoor, they can run a curl around the screen, or run a bump.
3. You should curl off the screen after the pick has been finished. This is usually when you have fully got to the area and got around the pick, this is when the pick is finished.
4. Most important thing is to read and react to what the defense is doing.
5. We are setting a lot of on-ball screens, to attack, but we hardly setting any off ball screens. When we do screen it has worked, and we are getting solid looks at the basket. However, I would like to do more off ball screens, that would give us easier passing lanes, and help everyone moving harmoniously in space, not just in a clump. It has been effective, however if we use them in a different way, we will be a lot more effective and get easier plays to the hoop.
