Malcolm Nya -During class we talked about how we can lean our shoullders the opposite way we intend to drive to confuse the opponent. We also learned different post moves to help us create space to either shoot or drive in with the ball
One way to get open is to "v" cut so that you can lose your defender and pop up at the top of the key. Another way to get open is to set a screen on a defender then roll off it. -Ethan Richardson
One way to create space is to go to the paint then flash out. this is called the v-cut. this creates some open space to get the ball and do whatever you want to with it. a way to get open is to use the give and go. it sets up the man down low for an easy layup or bucket.
During class, we talked about ways of getting open in 3v3. 2 of those ways are 1)V-cut or L-cut 2)Using a pick that you set and rolling off of it to the open space towards the baasket
One way to create space is to make a v-cut and get open to receive the ball. Another way is to use a screen that someone else set for you so you can get the ball.
There are many ways to get open and also to create space. One of the most common ways to create space id the "V cut". Another example commonly used is the "Pick and Roll".
two different way are the v-cut and pick and roll. both ways create space and open an opportunity to shoot or assist. it is imperative that these moves are done very quick so that the true potential of the move is reveled.
Two ways to create space is by doing pick and roll, which leaves a player wied open at times. The second is V-cutting towards the basket and poppnig back out.
