I saw that the game was very fast paced with quick paces. The game is very physical the ice rink and small and there are few fouls. They also sub on the go which keeps the game at a high speed. I watched the Tampa Bay at NY Islanders. The game looked tough and very fast, but also tiring.

i watched the game between the Washington Caps and the Montreal Canadians. i noticed that they use team work a lot, as in they pass to each other every 5sec. They use the outside of the ring a lot for passing. it is the only sport where fighting is not a foul and is common.
also that the goalie is the most important player and that he is very active. overall hockey is a very physical sport and it include all of the team members. i was very surprised with what i saw because hockey is very different than any other sport i saw.

The NHL Playoff game I watched was the NY Rangers vs. NY Islanders on 12-17-10. Within less than a minute of the game, Matt Gilroy scored the Ranger's first shot against the Islanders. About 8 minutes of the game, Rob Shremp scored a goal for the Islanders tying the game 1-1. After abput 12 minutes, Gilroy scored again tying the game 2-2. Gilroy had a small breakaway towards the goal when shooting his second shot. This hockey game is very fast- paced moving and sometimes it's hard to even identify where the puck is.

I watched the game between the Capitals and Penguins. The game looked very tiring and tough. It looked hard to skate with the puck at the same time and then shoot. During the game two people got in a fight. Hockey is the only sports where it is allowed but after the two player get 5 minute penalties. Hockey is as, or more, physical than any other sport.

I watched the game between the Caps and the Canadians. Both teams played really well, used alot of teamwork, passed very well to eachother, and comunicated what needed to happen. i saw the one of the Caps players get into a fight with the other team and no foul was called. this common in many hocky games but not in many other sports. Hocky is a phiscal game with emotion backing it up.

While watching the Boston and Toronto game I figured I had found a new exciting sport to watch. Hockey seems to be a very tricky, yet rewarding game. The speed is very fast and it is hard to keep up with the puck at certain times. In addition this is a very physical sport, you must slide on the ice with what seems like a ton of load on your body. In hockey it seems that one goal could change the entire game.

I watched the Stanley Cup 2009 Game Seven when the Penguins beat the Red Wings. I saw a lot of shots on goal, and was impressed by how fast the goalies have to recognize where the puck is. I saw a lot of hits and some very close shots that did not go in the net. Since it was the final game, I think both teams upped their efforts to the maximum, and the result was a low scoring game. I also noticed an extra urge at the end of the game because of it's importance, and the reaction after the penguins won. Hockey is definitely a sport that requires a lot of skill, you need to be able to skate fast, backwards, while controlling a puck with a stick, and have good hand-eye coordination.

I watched the playoff game of the Senators vs Maple Leafs. The game moves a long at a very fast pace with none of the long waits found in other sports such as football or baseball. Hockey is a very physical sport with almost none of the vicious checks called as fouls. Unlike many other sports, hockey is one of the few that has space behind the goal to play. The game also has very quick scoring unlike football where it can take forever to get a touchdown.

The hockey game I saw was the Tampa Bay Lightning vs the Washington capitals at the Verizon center. I watched 15 minutes and I noticed a couple things. First, the game started with a face off. Right after that the game started moving very quickly the puck was constantly changing hands. The players had lots of protective gear which was good because it was very violent. The players fell several times and the sticks were up in the air. After 15 minutes the score was still 0-0.

I watched the Winter Classic, Pittsburgh Penguins vs the Washington Capitals. Hockey is very physical. Some of the players even got into fights with players on the opposing team. The game is very fast paced, tiring, and there is a lot of passing. Unlike some sports you can sub players at almost anytime. The players jump over the wall to the sidelines when coming off the ice. Hockey seems tough to use the stick well, shoot, and pass all while being on skates.

I watched the NY Rangers vs. NY Islanders on 12/17/10. Hockey seems like a really fast sport, someone scored within less than a minute of the game. People score in hockey a lot faster than football or even soccer. The puck also moves so fast, it is difficult to follow. The game looks really intense.

The game I watched was Washington Capitals vs. Tampa Bay.I only watched 10-15 minutes of it. But in those minutes I saw the face off, the physical endurance and strength as well as the strategic thoughts occurring. I noticed that there are few fouls but the game is very rough. All the players were many pads to protect them. The game looks exhausting but very fast pace. The score was still 0-0 when i stopped watching.

I watched the Washington Capitals vs Tampa Bay Lightning. The game was fast paced with stops for penalties. Passing was a very important part of the game, because that is how most of the time they get up ice. They have line changes when they switch their players. There is a lot of communication during the game.

i watched the capitals verse the rangers game. first of all this game is a low scoring game. also it is also avery fast pase game, nothing really every seems to stop unless there is another face of or when the goaly holds the puck to long. the game does not have to be stoped for a player to sub in the just sub. also the sport is very physical whenever someone wants to fight they can and they can push people into the walls if they feel like it.

I watched a Caps vs. Penguins game. The game was very fast paced and involved alot of teamwork. Both teams were very agressive on offense. The game was very tense as it ended in a 3-2 shootout Penguins victory. It must take alot of energy to be constantly moving on the ice at such fast speeds gettibng checked and checking other players.

Hockey is a very fast sport. The players are largely disorganized and go back and forth very quickly. I know there is strategy that is used, but is very rarely executed properly and the defense seems to be a step over the offense. Ovechkin has no teeth. Sydney Kay is awesome.

I don't have a T.V. I couldn't find a site where I could watch the games online, it kept denying me access. I can't really say anything. I'm sorry.

I watched the Caps vs Penguins game that took place last year, and I noticed that even though hockey has the basics of most team games, it is alot faster than other games, while being alot more physical. Even though the commentators were horrible, watching the actual game was pretty fun because its slightly like a fast pace game of soccer, but you get to hit other players with out getting a penalty, but it looks hard to balance get speed and control the puck to score.

I watched the Capitals vs. Penguins game on 1/1/11. I saw that the game is violent and fast-paced. About 2 min in the 1st period Malkin (pittsburgh) scored. About 6 minutes later, Knuble (washington)scored. In the 2nd period about 5 minutes in, Fehr (washington) scored. And in the 3rd period, Fehr scored again against the Penguins. I found the game very interesting when in the 1st period #17 from Pitt. and #4 from Washington got into an intense fistfight. I noticed that the refs didn't do anything or respond in any way to the fighting.

I watched the Penguins vs. Capitals game. The first thing I noticed was that a lot of the players were constantly falling on the ice in an attempt to prevent a goal or just falling because of being pushed. Next, I noticed that the commentators are very into the game and cannot stop talking. The action is very fast paced and the passes to score a goal are very quick and precise. Finally, hockey looks extremely dangerous because I always think of the possibility of the skates colliding with a player and how horrible that would be, and also because of the constant fights and brawls.

I saw the Caps vs. Penguins game. I noticed that the game is really tough and there are almost no fouls. It's very fast-paced and looks like it takes a lot of endurance to be able to play well throughout the game. Passing is one of the most important parts of the game. Sometimes they hit the wall with the puck to bounce it off and pass it to another player.
