Period 7 Basketball

Due Date: Friday, October 22nd

We are currently in our 2 on 2 unit. At the beginning of this unit we spent several days working on post moves and focusing on a post-wing game. Based on what you have learned, how is your team's post game during game play? Do yo think this is affecting your win/loss record? Why?

well when i work with my original team my post play is perfect which is why we've been able to win so far, also my teammate and i work well together and make nice cuts to the basket, which is helping our record, but on other teams the post play is lacking which causes me and my temporary teammate to lose badly.

My team's post game is almost non-existent. My team is composed of 2 world renowned guards(Me and Spitta). It effects our rebounding and that's is way we haven't won a game yet but It'll come with our handwork and dedication.

Watch out for the comeback

I have been switching partners daily but so far most of my teammates and I have had a good post game. Due to this we have won almost all of our games. It is helping us win because the post game is a very crucial part of solid basketball.

We have no post play.
This does effect us because no ones get rebounds and everyone shoots.

The reason me and sam are so dominant in the NBA is because of Sam's relentless work ethic on the post and the pick and roll game. We have used the drop step very effectively to win close games. Without Sam's presence during the game on the block the feed to the post and kick out to me for the game winner's would never work. We are unbeatable either way but the moves definitely benefit the scoring margin of our victory!

Until now, I haven't really used post moves during game play that often. That probably explains why sometimes when a defensive player plays tight on me I can't get close enough to the basket to make a safe lay-up and score. So I think my teammate and I need to use more post moves during games. I think my team not using post moves often does not necessarily affect our win/loss record since we have won many times and are getting better at scoring and winning. But I'll use post moves more often from now on to win tougher games we have.

my team does not use post moves, we are both guards and rely on our 3 point shooting and driving and using our quicknes to get to the basket.

our team hardly uses post moves but when we do im usually the one who does

the reason is because me and my partner are guards and are undersized that is why we keep losing

Our teams post game is average. We have a balanced attack consisting of the post game, and mid-range shots. This affects our win/loss record because when we dont establish the post game, we usually dont get the W.

My partners usually have been changing... but no matter what team I go to, we rarely get rebounds, the ball usually hits the and bounces off to far and whoever does get the ball always shoots regardless to where there partner is. but whenever my team does get a rebound our post play when used does help us to win

My team doesn't really have a post play and it doesn't really affect are game cause we can drive and kick the ball out for an open shot so it makes up for are no post game

My team doesn't post up very much because we like to drive to the basket or shoot pull up jumpers most of the time. I think that we could be better though if we incorporated a post game into our offense.

My teams post game is a huge part of our two on two play. Me and Kevin can easily box the opposing team out and post up on offense. The skills we learned in class helped me work on both sides of the bucket using different hands.
