The goal of the offense:

To try and pass the ball around and get a shot. Who ever shoots is out, and replaced by an outlet. The other two stay as defense.

The goal of the defense:

To try and stop them from shooting, then they are on offense after the shot.

The goal of the offense is to score on the defense. But when the offense starts there are two outlet men who yell "outlet" so you pass to one of them and run behind them. The offense only gets one shot so they have to get a good one. Whoever takes the shot on offense goes back into line the other two stay to play defense. On defense there are only two of you and you have to try to stop the other 3 offensive men. Once one of them takes the shot whoever gets the rebound on defense goes on to the offense and passes it to one of the outlets.

the goal of the offense in the 11 man drill is to get a good shot and score on one try. the goal of the defense is to force the offense to take a bad shot and then get the rebound to make an outlet pass to 1 of the 2 offensive players coming in from the sidelines attacking the opposite basket.

The goals for the offense is to get a quick high quality shot. The closer the shot the better. You need to score quickly so the other defensive players cannot come back for help like in a real game.

The goals for the defense is to spot the ball or try and get a steal so they don't score. The defense wants to slow it down so there teammates can get back on defense and help out like in a real game.

The goal of the offense is to get an easy score before the defense is able to regroup and get back.

The goal of the defense is to force the offense to either take a bad shot or make them hold the ball until the defense is able to regroup.

the goal of the 11 man drill is to teach both defense and ofense in a real life scenario where 3 offensiv players are dribbling down the court and only 2 are on defense, this drill is to teach offensive players to take advantige of numbers and for defense to defend stragatically
the 3 at ofense runnin down should make a layup to take full advantage of their numbers, for defense it may not be easy- one man should play up top and not let the offensiv play past the foul line and if one passes the up top defensive drops down and the downward defensive runs up top to whom has the ball, i feel the defensive goal should be to not let them make a layup, the real drill takes 11 men hence 11 man drill, 24 men as otlet at the 4 diff base line 4 defensive two at each basket, 3 offensive after the offensive shot he drops to an outlet the one that gets rebound (should be defensive) has the ball the 2 offensive who diddn't shoot go to defensive

Offensive Goal:
To move the ball around, share the ball, and get a close shot or finish at the rim. The shooter running down is out and replaced by an outlet from one of the two sidelines. The other two stay to place defense

Defensive Goal:
To stop the ball with one defender and to defend the first pass.
The defenders become on offense after the shot and are joined by another outlet individual from one of the two sidelines.

the goal for the offense is to get an easy fast break layup and the goal for the defense is to learn how to defend a 3 on 2 break

the goal of the offense is to move the ball around until they get a good shot, preferably a layup.

the goal of the defense is to stop the offense from scoring by playing tight defense and trying to force a bad shot.

The offensive side should focus on passing the ball because they have the advantage of 3 man play against 2, the nearer the shot is, the easier to slice through the defense and score. The goal of the defensive side should make communication on which side to guard and possibly slow down the offensive side.

The goals for the offensive players are to quickly get a high percentage shot without using a lot of passes to do so. In a real game, the longer the offense is passing it around, the more time it gives the remainding 3 defenders to get back on defense.

The goals for the defensive players are to find a strategy to stop the offense from scoring when they are outnumbered. Usually, they would have one up front and one behind and the first man would get ball and the second man would get first pass. This helps to control an outnumbering offense and stall them enough so that the rest of the defense could get back on defense in a real game situation.

Kyle Weissenburger,

The goal of offense is to move the ball quickly in a fast break situation so you can score.

The goal of defense to try to slow down the offensive fast break and create time for the rest of your defense to get back and help.

2 players start on defense while 3 offensive players bring up the ball. The closest defensive player stops ball while the second one gets the first pass. After the offensive players take a shot or lay up the rebounder then outlets the ball and starts another 3 on 2 situation while the 2 other offensive players that didnt take the shot stay on defense.

The goal of the offense is to get open to take one good shot and score. The goal of the defense is to force a bad shot or steal, and then move the ball back up court through an outlet pass and continiue the drill.

To get an easy shot on a 3 on 2. And then go on a fastbreak with an outlet pass. Defense is to try to stop the ball and not let the offense score on a 3 on 2

The purpose of the drill is for the offense to get the ball and make a fast and score and the purpose of defense is to keep the offense from scoring

The goal of the offence is to score against the defence. When the offence starts there is one person in the middle and two person calls outlet and joins the person in the middle. The offence only gets 1 shot. THe person who shot goes in line while the other 2 plays defence. Then it repeats.

the offense goal is to get the ball in the paint to score a point by layup with higher percentage or to shoot a pointer, defense goal is to prevent the offense from getting in the paint so they don't have a high percentage of making it or to force a bad shot from the offense
