Period 7 Basketball
Due Date: Thursday, February 18th
We are currently in the one on one unit. What do you feel is your greatest strengths when you are playing on one and what are two weakenesses? What things can you do to improve these weaknesses?

Krishang sharma- In the game of basketball, I feel that I have many strenghts and weaknesses. One strength is my ability to shoot. I feel that I have a good outside shot. On the other hand, I feel that I need to improve my defense.To improve my defense I need to have a better stance and manoover faster across the floor.
My strenghts in basketball are rebounding, defense, and goin to the basket as hard as i can. Areas i have to improve on are my ball handling and shooting. To accomplish this i can do two-ball dribbling drills or drills just for my left hand and i can practice or mid-range shooting.
One strength that I have is that I can drive well on both sides of the basket. A weakness that I have is my shot. I can improve my follow through to improve my shot. Another weakness that I have is my defense when someone is driving on me. I need to work on staying in front of them and not letting them beat me to the basket.
My greatest strengths are scoring in the post, rebounding, and overpowering my opponent. My weakness is dribbling with my left hand. To improve this I need try to do more dribbling with my left hand, and try to do more dribbling exercises with my left hand.
In basketball, my strength is my basketball IQ and how smart I am on the court with the decisions I make such as how to beat the defender. Two of my weaknesses however are my quickness to recover on defense after my man beats me and my quickness to get by someone on the offensive side. I can improve these weaknesses by working out more with my calves and quadriceps in the weight room so I can become quicker and cover my weak spots.
My greatest strength in one on one is my shot making ability and my tallness. People who are shorter will be intimidated by me. However, the only weakness i have is that i lack speed or quickness. This can be improved by hard work and doing whatever Mrs. Dyer says.
Jose Rodriguez- my strenghts in basketball are rebounding, my speed, and posting up. The areas that i have improve on is being able shoot better from atleast midrange and three-point line. In order to accomplish this, i must be able to work on my upper body strenght, by lifting weights and running.
Ross Margulies- My greatest strengths in basketball are my shot and rebounding. My weaknesses are my dribbling and my defense. I can practice dribbling with my left hand and play more basketball to improve my defense.
In the game of basketball my strengths include my ball handling, my shot, and my ability to make strong passes finding open players. One thing I'd like to improve and perfect is my feet quickness. I feel like i can do a better job moving my feet especially during defense. To accomplish improvement i can do drills that have to do with agility.
I believe my strength in basketball is my shooting. my main weakness is that I don't play strong enough when i am guarding someone in the post. i can improve by practicing in this particular place on the court.

My main strength in one on one is to drive to the hoop and try to create a basket. My weekness is on defense when I am playing agaisnt someone much bigger they usually back down and win inside. I can improve by working on ways to limit my opponent from taking it inside and forcing them to shoot outside shots ~Eric Lustig~

I think I am better at shooting than at defense .I , therefore think that I neeed to polish my shooting skills and later my defense skills.

Some strengths that I have are speed, and my shot. 2 weaknesses that I have are dribbling and driving. I can improve this by practicing driving.
