Period 4 Basketball

Due Date: Thursday, February 18th

We are currently in the one on one unit. What do you feel is your greatest strengths when you are playing on one and what are two weakenesses? What things can you do to improve these weaknesses?

My strength on 1v1 is attack, i can attack on different size of players with different moves when i don't have to care about teammates. my weakness on 1v1 is it's really to guard big size players,once they are in the paint, i can't do anything about it.

MY greatest strenght is m shot and my right hand. MY weaknesss is dribbling with my left hand and shooting with my left hand. i can dribble more with my left hand and shoot more with my left hand.

my sregnths arn't many in a 1v1 game i'm more of a team of 5v5 but my strengths in a 1v1 are defnding... when i defend i can stop you dead in your tracks at the 3 point line but if your the same size or your bigger than me you can get around me and score.

My stength on one vs. one is my defense. My weakness is my shooting. I can improve this by shooting more outside the class.

My strength is shooting, because I don't have to worry about other defenders blocking my shots and getting my rebounds, I only have to watch one person. My weakness is ball handling because I always feel the need to pass to somebody when I am by myself.

My weakness in the one on one unit would be my left hand drive. I tend to lose control of the ball when I am using my left hand to drive to the basket. One of my strengths would be my jumpshot. To improve my weaknesses i plan to have better control of the ball when driving left handed to the basket.

On 1v1 you only have to worry about guarding one person. Two weaknesses are you have no one ot pass to and they only have to worry about guarding you. You can have good control of the ball and only pick up your dribble when you need to and you can try and make lay-ups instead of trying to go for longer shots.

I think my strength for one on one is that I can get myself open for a jump shot or a lay up using different moves. My weaknesses are that I am not as good on the left as I am on the right, and I dont have a very good pull up jump shot. I can improve these by pounding the ball with my left hand and practicing pull up jump shots more.

My strength on 1v1 (just overall strength) is my ability to drive and attack the basket or post smaller guys up and get easy lay ups. My weakness is against taller and larger guys in the paint. If im up against a 6 or 6' 1'' center, I can't do any thing about it. My shooting range is also another one of my weaknesses. I can really shoot off of my dribble very well. I think i am much better in 3v3 or 4v4 full court. I just need to worry about developing a more natural shoot, but i just haven't found the best form or the best shooter to learn it from...

my greatest strength is ny quickness. My two weakness are ball handling and guarding the post. I just have to practice on both to fix these things.

I think one of my strenghts one on one is my ability to play the post game and back the defender down. Some of my weaknesses are being lazy on defense and taking too many long range shots. I can improve these by hustling more and driving in instead of settling for and outside shot

i think my greatest strengths are my shot and dribbling. I can shot better than most opponents as well as dribble. My weaknesses is post play and rebounding to overcome my weaknessed i use speed and quickness

my greatest strenght is posting up and my two weaknesses is ball handling and shooting long range. I can practice my handling skill and start shooting more long range.

I've been playing basketball for many years and I still have more things to improve on in a one on one game. i strongest aspect of basketball is shootiong but two of my weakness are to look up while tribbling the beasetball. Another one is to do the right move at the right time. ANyways, im pretty excited for the one-one tournment.

My strengths are my shooting, and my passing. I guess my weakness is rebounding, because some people are bigger than me. I can improve on that by boxing out a little better. Another weakness would be guarding people that are bigger than me when they are driving.

My strenght on 1v1 is driving and sometimes shooting. One of my weaknessess is that I sometimes dont follow through when I shoot. Overall, Im pretty good at 1v1 although I like playing with teammates instead.

Sorry if this is a little late mrs. Dyer. My strength in 1v1 is my aggressive rebounding and buttery smooth outside jumper. My 1 on 1 weakness is probably my ability to take it to my left while driving to the basket.

My greatest strength in the one on one unit is my shot and my stepback. Two of my weaknesses consist of my dribbling ability and my left hand drives. I can improve my ball handling by doing a daily ball handling exercise to get a better feel for the ball. I can also just practice finishing strong with my left to improve my game.

my strengths are defense because i feel its easier and i can keep up with the opponent, my weaknesses are handling the ball because i dont have good ball control, i can practice dribbling a lot to get better

My strength is my shot. I can shoot the ball from the 3 point line really well. My weakness is mty 1 on 1 defense. I always let the other person get to the basket

My strength is defending when im playing 1 v1 and my weakness is doing a layup wit my left and shooting i can i practice this by doing layups with my left only and practice shooting. jacob rhim
