Two ways Kobe Creates space is by doing the Jab Step and by doing the V Cut.How he reads the defense on the reverse layup play is by trying to fake out the defense by doing it
with a semi- fake which will get the defensive player to move which gives Kobe the space to go for the
Reverse lay-up. Out of the different moves Kobe showed I think I am the best at the pull up jump shot because I can really create that separation between me and the defender.

kobe creates space by using the step and the V cut. after he does a move the tries to notice how they react and from there he goes. if the defender backs up then he shoots it in their face. i like the jab cause i like to shoot.

1. creates space using the v-Cut cut and the jab step.
2.creates space with v-cut and receive ball. then he squares up to the defender and sees if theres help, if there is he pulls up.
3. i use the jab-step pull up most the time because its comfortable to me.

2 Ways create space - V Cut & Jab Step . he reads the big and he is late the defender cant see behind him so he can penetrate n attack basket he uses a semi fake . he gets past the defender then see's big and he times so that he can eathier dunk or bump into him and reverse lay up it in the basket. i think i am the best at triple threat semi fake drive to the basket because im quick and i can get past him easily .

2 ways Kobe creates space is by using the pump fake and the jab step. He reads the defense al throughout the play by seeing their movement and focus on his movements to fake them out. I think the move I am best at is the pump fake pivot because it is easy and works effectively to create space between yourself and the defender.

Kobe creates space by squaring up and making the v-cut. In one of Kobe's signature moves, the reverse layup, he starts with triple threat and then he pays attention to the positions of the defensive players. If there is a gap between the defender and the basket, then he will take advantage of it and go in for the reverse layup. If there is another defender at the basket, then he will try to get fouled and make the shot in order to get a 3 point play. I think I am best at the pull-up jumper because when I dribble just a little the defender will move toward the basket, thinking I am going to do a layup, but then it creates space for me to shoot.
kobe creates space with alot of moves but two of them are the jab step and also the V cut he uses both these moves alot in his game. he reads the d off his moves and whatever the defense reacts to how he moved he does what best next. i think i am the best at the v cut because its fun to cut back and fourth and im always done to have some fun.

1. Create Space by using the jab step.
2. Create space with the jab step, see if help is coming, then make the decision to drive to the basket or pull up.
3. I like to pull up because I'm not that good at driving to the basket.

Kobe Bryant creates space by doing the pull up jump shot with a jab step before it. By being square with the defender he looks for help in front and behind him and then either pull up for a jump shot or goes in for a layup. I like the reverse layup because when you go in for it you might get fouled and both make the basket.
Two ways Kobe creates space are through his v cut away from the defender and his jab step from the triple threat position.
In the pump fake and pivot move, Kobe reads the defense by looking at the big man coming to play help defense and deciding whether to pass the ball to a teammate near the rim or shooting over the top of the defender.
I feel that I am best at the reverse layup move, which fits my play style of attacking the rim. The reverse layup allows me to create space from taller shot blockers by using the rim and my body as separation.

1. Kobe creates space by using the jab step and the v-cut.
2. He reads the defense by making a move and then he uses the reaction of the defender to make his next move.
3. I like the Jab step because I feel more comfortable shooting.
He creates space using the V-cut and jab step
He reads his defense on when he jabs steps and stands up to see if they respect his shot or just pays off and doesn't repect his shot
I'm good at the jab step and triple threat and pump fake because the defense always play up on me and when they do that I drive to the hoop '

1. Two ways Kobe Bryant creates space is by using a jab step and making a v-cut to get open. kobe also is dangerous in creating space off of the dribble by using pump fakes and head fakes.
2. One of Kobe's signature moves is the jab step, strong side drive, pull-up jumpshot. Kobe reads the defense and decides to perform this move when he reads the help side defender coming over to help. Kobe uses the pull-up jumpshot when the man guarding him backs off because of kobe's jab steps and kobe decides to pull up because he realizes he cant drive into a help side defender
3. I think the move in this video that i'm the best at it the jab step, pullup jumpshot. I think its very easy to create space off of jab steps and headfakes because it gets the defender to move and it makes it even easier when the defender backs off off of the dribble

Kobe uses the V-cut to create space to get open and also uses the jab-step to create space for a move to the basket or a jump shot.

Kobe Bryant creates space by using the jab step and the V cut. Kobe's signature move is the jab step and then the fadeaway kobe creates space by jabbing his foot and then he fades away from the defender before the defender can get a hand on the ball. I think the move that i am best at in this video is the jab step because it helps me create space for a jumpshot.
Kwame Frimpong
He creates space by V-cutting towards the basket and also jab stepping. He reads the defense by seeing how they react to his jab steps. If a defender opens his legs too much, Kobe could just rip drive by him. The best move i could do from the video is the pull up jumpshot.
David Perroots
One way that kobe creates space is using the jab step. this forces the defender to back off a tiny bit, leaving enough room to make the jumpshot. another way that kobe makes space is going towards the player in the paint, forcing him to back up, then pops outside to the three point line. one of his signature moves is his jab step turned into a medium ranged jumpshot. when he jabsteps, he checks to see how the defender is playing him. if he steps back on the jab step, he has enough room to make the jumpshot. if he stays up on him, kobe drives in and makes the reverse layup. my favorite would probably be the jab step jumper, because i am good at medium range shots and love to shoot the ball.
1. One way he creates space is by using the jab step. Another way is by using the v cut to create space so he can receive the ball.
2. One of his signature moves was the pull up jump shot. He reads the defense by using a jab step to see what the opponent will do, and if the opponent moves back, he will take advantage of the space and shoots the ball.
3. I think I am the best at the reverse layup, because I like to drive really fast and end with a layup with my opponent behind me.
- Joseph Wobus
1. v cut and jab step
2. on reverse lay up he makes a quick move and if the defender moves he then does a lay up
3. i think i would do best at the reverse layup because im not that good at shooting
Kemal Okudo
Langston Thomas Period 7
He uses a jab step to make the opponent jump, and he also uses a v cut to get himself open.
He gets the ball in triple threat position and the jab steps to see what the defender does. Then he drives by the defender and goes in for a reverse lay-up.
I am really got at the reverse lay-up. I do it all the time in AAU games.
Kobe creates space by using the jab step and the the v-cut. One of his the signature moves, the reverse lay-up, he uses the jab step in order to bait his defender. If his defender gives him space and there is no defense to help him, he cant drive by and finish. If there is help defense behind the original defender while Kobe is driving, he can finish with the reverse and absorb contact to create a 3 point play opportunity. I believe I am best at the reverse lay-up move because I like to attack the basket and utilize the jab step in order to fake out my defender
-Saad Rashid, Period 7
Kobe is a legend at creating space, using a arsenal of various jab steps and pump fakes also using the V-cut he almost always starts in triple threat and proceeds to make the defender think about the next move and can either use a pump fake to get the defender in the air, a jab step to move the defender to attack the basket or look for a pull-up.-Jaime D.
Kobe gets open by using the V-Cut and the Jab Step. He reads the defense by looking at their foot work and using fakes to get out of being under hard defense. From all the different moves, I think im the best at the jump shot, because of my ability to use the jab step.
-Rayan Mahabadi
Period 7
v cut jab step
he focuses on his defender's reaction to his first move to adjust what hes going to do next to create space
I like the pull up cuz im a mid range shooter
Lei Zeng
1.Jab step, and pull up jumper.
2.The first one, he gets in triple threat, jab step to create space, and pulls up for a jump shot. The second move, he also gets in triple threat, jabs, drives by and does a reverse laying when the help steps up.
3.My favorite move is the reverse layup because im better at those then my mid-range shots.
