that was crazy!
Jeremy lin use a crossover and a jabstep to attack the rim succesfully. He also uses a strong side speed dribble to attack the basket.
One move that Jeremy did was the jab step. this caused the defender to step back a little and allowed Jeremy to drive. another move was the hesitation and go. the hesitation made the defender move back then forward to guard the jump shot and then Jeremy drove to the basket and scored. Jeremy was so successful because he saw the way the defense was in coverage and waited for a gap in the lower paint then took advantage and scored.

lin used the cross over and the step back jumper to create space for the shot
he also read the defense in order to decide where to go with the ball
Jeremy Lin did crossover, pump fake, spin move to break John Walls ankles!!!

Mark Gottfried
What he used was a strong side drive and a jab step.
Andrew Carver
he used a jab-step, strong side drive, and finsihed with a pull up jump shot. He also saw that the defense was favoring one side, so he drove into the basket on the other side.

Jeremy Lin did many things to create space or get to the basket in the video. For example, Lin used moves on the move like a crossover dribble to get by a defender to the basket. Lin also showed that he could create space by displaying moves like a pump fake, rip drive, pull-up jumpshot.
Ayushna Kavathekar,
One way Jeremy Lin created space to get to the basket was a jab step and a head fake. This means when there was a defender right in front of him, he was in his triple threat made a jab step did a head fake like he was about to shoot, but then he dribbled away from trouble and made the 3 pointer.
Another way Lin created space was the classic escape move. When dribbling, he dribbles backwards, does a cross over, and with full speed makes the lay-up.
Jeremy Lin an outstanding shooter, and his lay-ups skills and speed are the cherry on top. But to be a successful basketball player you have to be able to read the defense. And part of Lin’s game is his ability to read the defense. One example when Lin shows this is when he gets a breakaway, and a defender has caught up to him, he anticipates that if he shoots the defender will block the shot. So he already knows the best option is to pass the ball at the last second. He is also wise in knowing when to make the appropriate move, at what time, and with what defender is in front of him. For example, Lin knows that he is a high jumper, so when he gets the lay-up, to avoid the defender’s block he will jump high and make the shot. Also, he reads the defense when Lin wants to head straight for the lay-up; he must make a move around the defense. He can read which way the defender will go if he fakes one way. But after you fake and go the other way, it’s just Lin and the basket.
Jeremy lin first did a cross over to get an open lane to the basket. He also did a jab-step to strong side drive in'order to get past the defense. His ability to read the defense made him aware of which side to drive through, or if he should shoot.

Jeremy Lin crossed over because he saw that the left side was open and he went to the basket for a lay up. Lin did the strong side move that let him step around his defender and get to the basket for a shot. His ability to read the defense made him successful because he knew how they would react to different moves. since he knew how they would react, he knew exactly how to move around them.

Jeremy Lin used multiple moves to pick apart the opposing defense. Two of his most successful moves were his crossover which enabled him to get quickly by his defender and too the rim and his jump stop which helped him sink multiple jump shots. Also lin's ability to read the defense helped him be successful. He was able to see a small opening in the defense and exploit it.
Jeremy Lin uses advanced techniques such as cross over dribble and spin moves to get past the defender. When he did a pump fake and a jab step, he made the defender be faked out. Because the defender would go one way, Lin would go the other to get past the defender.

he used a cross over and a step back move. he would read the defense by telling how they would pass the ball giving him an oppertunity to steal it. he also went for open space to make a shot.
Able to get to the basket, Jeremy Lin used the crossover dribble move which enabled him to create space between him and the defender. Another way Lin created space was by using screen's which forced the defender (John Wall) to slide underneath the screen, creating space for a jumpshot. These moves allowed Jeremy Lin to be successful in the game because he read the defense well and was agressive. Also he caused turnovers, drew falls, and managed rebounds.

Jeremy Lin created space by doing a cross over and a strong side drive. The cross over was used when he wanted to get to the other side where the shot was open. Also Lin used a strong side drive, which was a quick affective way for him to pass and ultimately score on the deffender. Lin also could read the defense. For example, if he was guarding a guy that he knows has a good lay up he will probably stand back a bit giving him more time to react when he charges the basket.

Jeremy Lin uses the jabstep and the crossover to get to the rim
Igor
lin uses a crossover to get passed the defense. He also gets into his triple threat position and gets to the hop for a layup. lin reads the defenses moves so he can juke them and get to the hoop.
Keeran Navaratnam
Jeremy Lin used a variety of moves to break the defense. As seen in the video he used a crossover on John wall to attack the basketball to the left instead of going strong side. He split the defense when they doubled him by attacking the basket. Using a jab step as well to shoot. he uses a variety of moves to create space.
-Austin Shin
J Lin uses the various different picks that his teammates use to create space for example, when #35 for the Mavs sets a pick on the defender and J Lin takes the open 3.
J Lin had great court vision this game. By reading the D he is able to make adjustments to his game play and his teammates game play to set them up for the best play possible.

Jermy Lin used a cross over, jab step, and stong side drive to attack the defense. he also used a pull up jumpshot. He has the ability to be one step ahead of the defense because he can tell if the player on offense is ready to pass or not. He uses that abilty to get the steal.
Jeremy Lin used the crossover and the jab step to create opportunity and space to drive in to the basket and attack the rim effectively. He also was successful because he read the defense very well which helped him to choose his next move.
-Danielle Koval
Jeremy Lin used the jab step and did crossovers, to help make space between him and the defense. The second way Lin created space was by doing a pump fake then strong side drive to get to the rim. Jeremy Lin's aggressive moves made him successful in the game.
George Wu
Two of the moves Lin used were the crossover and strong side drive. Lin's ability to read the defense allowed him to make decisions based on the situation and make plays.
When Jeremey Lin was attacking the basket, he did two moves,"the jabstep" which made the defender pull off a little bit so he could take a quick shot and the "pumpfake" to make the defender jump so he could easily finish off the basket with plenty of space to shoot. On defense Jeremey Lin would position himself where the offender really had no where else to pass besides where Jeremy wanted him to so he could than step in front of the ball and take it away.

Jeremy Lin did crossovers with the jab step. He also did a strong side drive
Jeremy Lin created space or was able to get to the basket by doing the crossover and his signature spin move. A move that he also used in the game which made him really successful was the jab step he jabbed and went the opposite way he faked the opponent player. He looked where people where being covered and for open space to dribble the ball to the basket and score which made him really successful in that game. Grace Dellapa Pd. 5
One move that Jeremy Lin used was the spin move to attack the basket. He also moved very quickly and used the jab-step. He read the defense by doing fake-moves to get a reaction. After faking a move and reading the minds of his opponents he did something totally different like a spin-move or a crossover.
Lin used the jab step, crossover and pump fake to create space for a layup or jump shot from his defender (John wall).
-Joseph Villar
Rojin Najmabadi
Jeremy Lin uses a crossover, and a spin move to get to the basket. He first did a crossover threw the gap between his teammate and opponent and than does a spin move but when he shoots the ball does not go threw the hoop. Also his ability to read the defense allowed him to be successful in this game, because he was able to tell with the person was positioned which way was easier to take. If the person was positioned to the right more than the left than he would go left.
Madison Tse
One move that Jeremy Lin uses a lot is the crossover. he would cross the ball over, to his left side from the right mainly, and then drive hard to the basket for a layup. this move worked because it would throw his defender off balance as they tried to follow you, and eventually they would end up a step behind Lin leaving the layup open for him. another move he uses is the jab step. This move can cause the defender to take a reflexive step back, which can give you room to pull up and shoot. Also, it can be used to get you close enough to a defender that you can step right by them and go to the basket. Jeremy Lin uses this basic move in both of these ways. finally, Lin's ability to read the defense wellhelped him be successful in that game because it showed him what the defense had left open. this skill helped him to take advantage of the defense because it allowed him to see what moves he should use to beat his defender. knowing this Lin was able to get to the basket often and scored a lot of points.
Jeremy Lin not only used cross-over to make room for the shot, but he also used the jabstep. Lin's ability to read the defense allowed him to be so successful in the game because he could determine which way to attack the basket, which way to shoot or even to shoot at all.

Jeremy Lin used a nasty crossover to create seperation and then blew passed him.
Lin used japstep and strong side drive to get to the basket. He saw the way the defense was in coverage to pass the ball and score.

Izayah Taylor
He uses his body and the opposite hand, and a jab step. He stayed un seen and read the opponents waist.
