1. Continental grip.

2. Feet should be shoulder-width apart. Imagine a clock and point your feet towards one and three o'clock.
Toss the ball high enough so you can't reach it with a fully extended racket arm and also in front enough so it lands over the base line if you don't hit it.
Follow thru across your body.

3. For me the toss of the serve is hardest to get right because a perfect toss is the basis for a good serve. To improve, I could practice throwing the ball to the right height and position.

1. The Continental Grip or the Chopper Grip
2. a) Throw the ball high above your head so when you hit it, you are fully extending your body
b) Stand behind the baseline towards the midpoint mark and feet shoulder width apart
c) Watch the ball closely as you toss it and do not loose focus until after you have made contact
3. I need to work on tossing higher and more accurately. I also need to work on hitting the ball at the highest point my racket can reach in order to make a downward hit into the service box.

1. Continental Grip or Chopper Grip
2. a. More weight on the front foot
b. Throw ball higher than where your racket arm extended high.
c. Stand behind the base line, but toward the center of the court
3. I need to work on turning my body sideways to the base line and hit the ball harder. I also need to work on hitting to the diagonal square. I can improve in these areas by practicing slowly and paying attention to what I'm doing.

1. The grip of the serve is called the continental, or chopper, grip.

2. Three things that you need to do to ensure a successful serve are to always keep your eyes on the ball, hit the ball with maximum arm extension, and place your feet shoulder-width apart behind the base line, faced towards the opposite service box.

3. The part of the serve that I need to work on is building enough power behind the serve to be able to consistently hit it over the net. I can improve this by doing what the video said, and hit the ball with my arm at its fully-extended length.

2)Placing feet shoulder width apart
hold racket and ball in front of you
fully extend racket above your head and hit the ball
3) I need to work on hitting the serve over the net and to ensure that i need to fully extend my racket above my head and swing and follow through in order to hit the ball over and correctly.

1. The continental or chopper grip
2.
a)Place you feet shoulder length apart and about 45 degrees to the baseline.
b) Throw the ball higher than you could reach it if you your racket arm was fully extended.
c)Hit the ball with your arm fully extended.
3. Some things that I could work on to improve my serve would be to aim towards the opposite side of the court, work on the angle at which I hit the ball, controlling my power and the timing to hit the ball.

1. Continental grip

2. -stand sideways with your non racquet foot closer to the base line
-have your feet shoulder width apart

1.) The Continental Grip or Chopper Grip
2)a: Keep your eyes on the ball the whole time when throwing it up, in front of you.
2)b: Stand sideways, your side facing the court when starting your save, feet shoulder width apart and 45 degrees at the base line.
2) c: Raise your racket arm up to make contact with ball when it is at the highest poin
3) I think I need to work on keeping my eyes on the ball at all times, and also raising my racket up without letting it flop downwards (like a bent wrist). I also need to time when my racket makes contact with the ball correctly; when the ball is just beginning to fall from it's highest point. Overall my serve is pretty bad, so I probably need to practice more

1. Continental Grip
2. a.) Feet should be shoulder witdh apart, 45 degrees to the baseline. b.) Make contact with the ball just as it comes down from its highest point. c.) make sure to have a good follow through with your hit.
3. I need to improve my accuracy with hits, more specifically, hitting the ball as it comes down, in order for it to come down into the correct area instead of past the court. I can practice this by timing my shots and practicing my aim.

2. Feet are supposed to be shoulder-width apart. Stand behind the baseline facing the midpoint mark. Focus on the ball as you throw the ball and make contact with it.
3. I need to improve throwing the ball into the right height and hit it as I throw it. I can improve this area by focusing on the ball as I make contact with it.

1) The continental or chopper grip
2) Follow through on your swing, make sure the ball is thrown high enough so that if you extend your arm upward, you would not touch it when it is at is peak, and always keep your eye on the ball and do not lose focus to ensure you hit it at a good point
3) I need to work on a lot of things, like throwing the ball higher while keeping my eye on the ball so i hit the ball on the correct place of the racket, and watching the ball and running so that i avoid careless mistakes in getting the ball over the net

1. continental grip

2. a. feet should be shoulder-width apart
b. throw the ball high above your head and fully extend racket arm to hit the ball
c. watch the ball the whole time while serving
3. The part of the serve that I need to work on is being able to hit the ball with force and still have it be able to go over the net. Sometimes i tend to hit it down. In order to improve I can try to focus on following through the whole entire serve and making sure that I swing my racket with the appropriate amount of force and to angle myself better when following through with my serve.

c)You should toss the ball far enough so it would land in front of the baseline and make sure that you hit the ball when it's coming down from the maximum point of the toss.
3. I need to work on aiming the serve and having correct footwork. I can improve this area by practicing it when I serve.

1) the grip for the serve is also called the continental grip or chopper grip
2) throw the ball high in the air and in front so that if you didn't hit it , it will land just in front of the baseline.
Keep your your eyes on the ball and stay focused on it and make contact as high as you can.
Remember to recover quickly in the ready position.
3) the part of the serve I need to work on is the focus of my eyes on the ball, but I think with more practice I 'll make it.

1.Chopper/Continental grip
2.A. Throw the ball high enough so that when you hit it, your arm is fully extended.
B.After hitting the ball, let the arm follow through the hit as it decelerates.
C.Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
3.I should probably work more on getting enough power for hitting the ball. This means I should work on having my arm fully extended when I hit the ball and having the arm follow through.
