Well, for flag football, you need to be spread out as much as possible so the ball can be passed and caught, and then there will be room to score. Also, if you are not going to be scoring with the ball, you need to be blocking someone on the opposing team.

using defensive strategies and space helps to make you successful at soccer because the more defensive you are, they cant get through easily, and the more space you have, the more you can dribble to a point where you have a perfect kick in your line of sight. defensive strategies help to make sure that you dont get scored on and help to create a wall between you and your goal and your opponent. having space allows you to move around strategically.

Creating space and defense are the two most vital aspects to most sports. For example,in basketball different offensive plays using picks are used to create space between the player his/her defender. Also, driving to the basket allows the person to pass the ball to a teammate outside of the paint because most of the defense will be trying to block the shot. Defensive strategy is especially important. Playing either man-to-man or zone has its advantages and disadvantages. In basketball and football, man-to-man tires both the defense and the offense because there is a lot of running around trying to escape you defender or keep up with the offense. Zone is more relaxed. The key is deciding which defense to use at what time and targeting the weaknesses of the offense. Defense is what wins games - if you have a good aggressive defense but a poor offense, you can still tie or even win games. The vice-versa is not true.

Creating space is the best idea when on the offensive. In football, when the QB is looking for a pass, it's best if there's someone open and away from everyone else (in open space) so that they can catch the ball and run without someone interfering. When on the defensive, you want to prevent this. In games like football, soccer, ultimate frisbee, etc. you want to make sure almost no one is open and available for a pass so no one can score. Every team member available should be watching and marking up on a player on the other team so they won't leave anyone open.

By creating space and defensive strategy plays will help out a lot to become successful at a particular activity because it would show that we are capable at becoming defensive and yet we are able to create space for the teams.

p.s idk if i answer the question correctly xD

In both flag football and ultimate frisbee you have to pick a player on the other team and guard them at all times because if there was no guarding of the other team it would just be as if each team was switching off scoring and that would be no fun. To be successful you much pick someone and stick with them the entire game, also this depends on the activity because if you are playing football the player your guarding may get the ball so you have to follow through with the defense and chase them down, but for frisbee you have to stand in front of them and block so they cant pass to anyone else on their team.

Flag football you need to create space so you have a better chance of getting the ball, and passing the ball. You have to be open because if someone on your team is blocked you can get the ball and run or you block a person from getting the ball.It is the same with the frisbee unit. Try to pass to someone that is opened and is closer to the other team's goal.

you have to have space so that you can catch and score. you want to make sure you opponents don't have space to score or pace.

When playing on the Offense side, it is very important to create a lot of space. In football, the reciever needs to be open (away from players of the other team)so he can catch the ball without being tackeled and able to move his team further down the field near their touch down. But if it is the Defensive side, the player will want to be near the offesive player as much as possible so he can block the passes of the other team. By blocking the ball, he prevents the other team of scoring a touch down in football or a goal in soccer. By being close to the other team's player also gives the Defensive side a chance to steal the ball from the other team.

in most of the games we have had to play this quarter we have had to space out so we can be able to get open so we can catch the ball and be able to block other members on the other team

For Flag Football, defensive strategy is a key part of the game. If you spread out, it creates more open space for the quarterback to throw you the ball and be able to recieve a pass easily. When you recieve a ball and have an opening, the strategy is to pentrate the space so that you can run and get more yards down the field. For defense, it is a better strategy to try and mark the space so that there is no opening for the ofensive players to get more yards. When a defensive player sees a gap between the man with the ball and the endzone he should run into that space so there is nowhere left for the player to go until the tackle is made!

if you have good defense then people will not be able to get by you. if you cover every person on the opposite team you are almost unstopable. for ultimate frisbee you want to always be open and spread out so you are hard to guard

In flag or any other kind of football it is extremely important to spread out and for each person to separate from the defender that is guarding them so as to give the quarterback as many options as possible. It is also important for some people to block and protect the quarter back and for a person to stay back as a slot receiver in case no one can get open in the field.

YOU NEED TO SPREAD OUT IN FLAG FOOTBALL SO IT IS EASIER FOR YOUR TEAMMATES TO PASS YOU THE BALL AND SO BLOCK THEIR OTHER THE TEAMS. BY SPREADING OUT YOU GET OPEN AND LET YOUR TEAMMATES PASS YOU THE BALL SO U CAN SCORE
