We have spent the entire quarter playing invasion games which have included basketball, boccer, hand ball, and speed ball. Compare two of these games and explain 3 similarities that these games have with one another. Also, explain 2 differences they have.

basketball it is very important and similar to hand ball in both you have to have good teamwork if you dont you wont go anywhere also you need a good shot if you cant throw or shoot you wont score any points also you need a good defense or your offense wont have many opportunities to score. but two diffrences are like in handball if you dont have a good defense your goalie can still be good in basketball you dont have to worry if they take a shot becasue they can easily miss it
Speed ball and handball are very similar. Both of them include passing the ball with your hands to move down the court. Also, in both sports you cant run with the ball except for your 2 or 3 free steps. There are also differences though. For example, in speedball you score by catching the ball in the endzone. In handball you score by shooting into a small goal. Another difference is that For handball one team just starts with the ball but in speedball a team gets to kick off. The kick off has much influence on the first drive and can result in a quick turn-over.

basketball and handball are alike bacause both are a team games and you pass it to your teammates before scoring , you try to win the games us many as possible.they are different because with basketball youcan dribell and with hand ball you cant.In handball you can only do three steps with the ball but in basketball you cand any steps as you want but dribilling it.

Basketball and boccer have many similarities, as well as differences. Both of them you are able to score by shooting the ball into the hoop, both there are different periods where play stops, and both you are able to pass to teammates. However, in boccer you are able to use your feet to score, whereas in basketball you aren't able to use your feet. Also, in basketball, you can substitute in players, but in boccer, we weren't able to.

Over the quarter I have had fun playing basketball and boccer. They are both games with a goal, the object being to score. Also they both involve teamwork and defense. One difference between the games is that in basketball you can only dribble with your hands. In boccer you can use both your hands and feet to play the game. Also boccer is a faster paced game, the ball gets turned over more quickly whereas in basketball you can possess the ball for longer.

Three similarities between basketball and hand ball are that in both games you need to put the ball in a specific area (goal or basket) to score, the game is played with two teams, one against another, and passing the ball is a strategy that can be used to move the ball closer to the goal/basket. Two differences are that in basketball you can dribble the ball and take as many steps as you want while in handball you can only take three steps. Another difference is that in basketball a basket is worth, generally, two points while in handball a goal is always worth one point.

Jason Choi- Handball and speed ball are both invasion games that require u to pass the ball due to the limited number of steps you have. The two games are both fast paced because you can only hold the ball for three seconds. These two games require team a to score on team b. In handball there is a creese and a goal where in speed ball there is only an endzone.

1.In Speedball,you kick the ball to the other team instead of just giving it to them.
2.In speedball,you throw the ball to another person in the goal to score, instead of trying to score in a goal with an opponent blocking it.

Hand ball and basketball both require lots of passing and throwing and catching of a single ball. Basketball and handball both require a good offence and a good defense. Teamwork is important in both these games because without it, the other team can quickly steal the ball and possibly score. Basketball however involes dribbling and a net while in hand ball, if the ball thouches the ground it is the other teams' ball and you shoot in a goal which can be protected by a goalie.

Quickpassing is a skill used in both games. Two differrences are that in boccer you can score a goal as well as make a basket. Also, in boccer you do not have to dribble, but you have limited steps.

3 similarities in boccer and handball, is that when you're holding the ball you can only take 3 steps in 3 seconds, you are playing to score goals, and it requires teamwork and passing to be successful.
2 differences in boccer and handball is that in boccer you can dribble the ball with your feet and in boccer you can also shoot through the hoop to score points.

Boccer is much harder to play than regular soccer becauce it is much harder to score. In both games you can use your feet. But in boccer you can also use your hands. One more differences is in boccer there is no offsides rule. In soccer and boccer you cant have a goalie.

Handball and speedball are really similar. In both of them there is a designated area that if the ball is taken into it, you will get points. In both you are limited to the time you can have with the ball, and both you can only take three steps. However, in handball you are able to have a goalie whereas in speedball you can't. In handball you are only allowed to take 3 steps but in basketball you can move as much as you want while driblling, also in handball you need a good deffense, or else you will be scored on but in basketball people can miss shots easily.

They both need to be thought out and strategizied. Two differences are in basketball, the shots range from 1 ~ 3 points and in handball the shots are always 1 point. Similarities:
One cannot move with the ball in both games without some restraints (In handball one can only walk 3 steps and in basketball one has to dribble the ball to move).
One has to throw the ball into a designated area in order to score.
One uses their hands to handle the ball.
Differences:
In handball, one can only walk 3 steps with the ball whereas in basketball one can take however many steps they choose with the ball as long as they dribble the ball.
In handball, one cannot allow the ball to fall to the ground, and can't use a bounce pass, in basketball one can use a bounce pass.

In Boccer and handball you need to have teamwork, catch the ball to keep possesion, and you cannot take steps with the ball. Also, some differences are you can kick the ball to score in boocer, and you can't do that in handball. Finally, in boccer you can use your feet while in handball you can't kick the ball.
