Period 6 Advanced Basketball

Due Date: Friday, September 18th

After taking your fitnessgram fitness tests, write down any reactions you have to your fitness test scores. Are you happy with your scores? Is there a particular score that you would like to improve? How will you go about doing this?

  1. after the fitness testing i feel like i did pretty well considering i did not give it my all. if i had to improve anything it would be pushups, and im gonna do pushups everyday to improve that.

  3. After the fitness testing I think I did okay but there is definitely room for improvement on my push ups and sit ups. I will be working on those with conditioning and on my own.

    it was fun i had lots of fun doing it cause in the end it all is for the better becaus it make u feel good about youer self if you do what you have to do cause the best feeling ever is the feeling of knowing your in shape

  6. i think i did better at my fitness testing even thou i didnt try as hard as i could and i am going to jog more often so that i can run a mile easier

  8. I didnt do the fitnessgram fitness tests but if i did i would need to improve in pushups and situps. I would do so by working on oushuos and situps everyday afterschool

  9. i feel like i did pretty good on the fitness test considering my lack of effort of most of the events . my one imporvement would be to try harder in everything

  10. after the fitness testing I feel that I did better in some tests than I did in others. For next time, I want to improve all my test scores. I can do sit-ups, push-ups, and running to improve scores.

  12. after the fitness test i was content with my results. I want to improve in all the areas of the fitness test. I will achieve this by working out and streching more

  14. I personaly think that the fitness test was a waste of time for sr. but i did it i did good im not as flexable but i guess thats okay i need to work on running because im slow

  16. I was impressed with my mile time, because i had improved by more than 30 seconds, but i wish i could get a better time next time i do the mile. overall i think i did pretty good with the fitness gram.

  17. I was happy for the most part, but i feel like i couldve tried harder. I was happy with the number of pushups i did, but not the number of pullups. I am going to do A LOT of pull ups to improve that.

  18. After the fitness test i felt like I did good on everything. If I were to improve anything it would be the pacer because "someone" said I cheated and will run everyday to improve on that.
