    1) Dr. James Naismith it was invented in 1981. i think it was created in Springfield MA.

    2) About 3 seconds

    3)10 players are on the court. (5v5)

    4) a turtle Position. looks like they have their knees and back are slightly bent.

    5)a tip off. where the 2 players leap to try to get the ball.

    2. In high school basketball a defensive player can only stay in the paint for a max of 3 SECONDS WITHOUT GUARDING AN OFFENSIVE PLAYER.

    3. During a regulation high school basketball game a total of 10 PLAYERS are on the court at one time (5 FROM EACH TEAM).

    4. When a smart offensive player catches the ball they always get into to a position called TRIPLE THREAT.
