  8. 1. You need 25 points to win unless you're playing beach volleyball which needs 21 points to win. However, in both cases you need to win by at least 2 points.
    2. You need to get underneath the ball and after you follow through, you should look like a weird superman or demented swan. Take your pick.(hands pointed up with the palms facing downward)

    2. Bend your knees, follow through when you hit the ball. When setting the ball, hit up and out, in a sort of arc motion. You should be able to see the ball from a "window" or "triangle" formed by connecting your thumbs and index fingers.

    2)You need to be reaching straight up: your eyes should be on the ball. You need to slightly lower your body (bend in the knees) then spring up when making contact with the ball. Only your fingers should come in contact with the ball, the rest of you should be under the ball, and your palms should NOT come in contact with the ball.

You should always follow through and let your hands go outward towards the left and the right. When you are setting, you should always be in a bending position so you can use the strength of your three fingertips to set the ball to the hitter.
