In flag football, their are certain skills that lend
themselves to certain postions on the field. The object of the game is to get
the ball down the field to score. Assigning the right position to each player
will make this job easier.
Quarterback - Good under pressure, can make
quick decisions, nice throwing arm.
Wide Reciever - Fast person with nice
ability to catch.
Tight End- Good at catching short passes doesn't need to be
superfast.
Center - Must be willing to touch the ball on every play. Doesn't
need to be superfast but has good hands.
Runningback - Is agile. Has ability
to cut back and forth and make people miss the tackle through dodging and
finding the open lane.
Please assign positions to your team and yourself and explain why you assigned each player to their position.

Wide Reciever - Me, Kyle, or Laney because we can all catch the ball and score touchdowns.
Tight End- Laney because she is good at catching the football.

Quarterback- Danielle would be the best for this position. Danielle is something. She has the arm of a master. There is no questioning for her genuine throwing skills. Danielle also has the best knowledge on the field has she practices with her father who i am sure is a NFL player. Her bullet passes can get to anyone, and to be quite honest, she is the best out there in this class.
ReplyDeleteWide Receiver- Last night i saw a show on Animal Planet about Cheetahs and how they are lightning fast. The first thing that came to mind in comparison to that was Maria. She is FASTTT. I once saw Danielle throw a ball 60 yards out to no one, and in a blink of an eye, Maria caught it. She has some kind of teleporting skills that i do not know of. There is no question for her position. She makes the best runner of the team.
Tight End- I guess i'll say i'm not too bad at this position. When Danielle doesn't have anyone open (which rarely happens) I AM THERE, and of course she throws me the ball. I say, i have a pretty good vision of the field and can see if the short pass will work. I'm fine.
Center- Logan. SUHN THIS KID IS GREAT AT CATCHING. He understands when the right time is to catch a ball, and with his hand skills, he can catch them with no problem. He's a beast.
Running Back- Jacob. Two words: Keel moe. Anyway, he is pretty fast and can pretty much juke out anyone on the field. Danielle once handed off the ball to him and he COMPLETELY juked out Andres. He finds the best way to get the touch down. No one can get past his juking skills.
