Before I got my fitness gram score, I already had an idea of what I was going to get, so I wasn't surprised. I was ok with my scores because they weren't worse than last year, but they didn't get a whole lot better. I want to improve my mile time. I can do this by gradually increasing the amount of running I do, but I think part of the problem in my breathing, so I will work on that too.

I was overall happy with the outcome. But even though I got 47 ( i think) or 46 on the sit-ups, I would like to get to 55 to 58 on the nest try. To get to that number I would have to do many timed drills, and daily sit-ups to improve sit-ups overall.

Overall I was happy with my scores and but I feel like I could do better on my push up test. To improve on this I would have to increase the amount of push ups I do everyday.

I am pretty happy with my fitness gram scores but I want to improve my pullups. I will do this by practicing more and having stronger arms.

After taking the fitnessgram tests I wasn't really surprised about the test scores and I am happy about it. One particular score i would like to improve is my mile time. I would change this by running around my neighborhood everyday.

Overall I am happy with my fitness gram scores. However, I would like to improve on my mile. I think that gradually increasing the distance that I run on my own would really help me to drop some time.

  11. I was surprised at my push-up score because last year i barely did 1 or 2 and i feel that i improved a lot.I am overall happy about my scores but i would like to improve my mile by a minute or so. I will run or jog @ least 4 times a week to achieve this goal.

I was happy with all my scores except for the mile run because last year I got 6:50 and this time my time was worse. I am not happy with my score on the mile because it is not close enough to my best time. I would like to improve my mile time. For that I will run every day for 20 minutes after school.

After I did and wrote the scores of all my fitness gram activities, I knew I wasn't going to do very well since I haven't done the fitness gram in like a year. Because I didn't do very well I would like to improve on all of my scores. Especially I want to work on my mile time, I want it to be better than all the times I have ever gotten.

  16. After finishing my fitnessgram tests, I felt like my scores were O.K. Generally, I am happy with my scores since i haven't really been working out much over the summer. If I can stay on track with exercising and eating healthy, my scores will definitely go up.

I was mainly happy with my scores, however i know i can do better on my mile, and i think i can improve on my pull-ups. To improve on those i will continue to run and work on my mile time. To improve on my pull ups i will work on them and practice on my pullup bar i have in my basement.

Overall I think I did a decent job on the fitnessgram. I know I can improve on all of them and will hopefully do so next time we test. In order for me to improve them I will work extra hard at my soccer practices and run around my neighborhood.

I was ok with my scores except the ones for pullups and sit and reach, I should probably work on my arm muscle.

i was suprised that i did as well as i did in the mile because i just spent 2 or 3 months doing nothing physical so i was pretty happy, it wasn't the best score but it was alright

I'm content with my overall results since nothing has changed very much, though I would like to work on my push up score. I will become more involved with working out my upper body by doing push ups at home for a change.

I wasn't surprised with my scores because I was expecting them to be what they were. I'm not that happy with my scores because they're low, but I'm not sure if I did worse than last year because I don't remember. I would like to improve my mile run and my pushup scores. I will try to improve my mile run by running a certain amount of distance every week in a certain amount of time. I might start out with trying to run 1 lap in 2-3 minutes. As I cut down on my time, I will gradually increase the distance as my stamina increases. For my pushups, I will have to increase my arm strength, so I will train by doing as many pushups I can within a minute and try to increase my number every subsequent time.

  25. David Siegel I am overall happy with what i got on my fitness gram. The two things i know i can improve are the mile and the pull ups. I have been working on pull ups on my own and i definetly can get my mile down by 30 seconds. i will continue to work on all of the fitness gram parts.

I was shocked by mile time, since last year i swam a lot more, i barely improved my time. All the other scores were the same except for push ups. I wasn't really surprised because i was sore from the day before. I would really like to improve on my mile time because a 9:12 is nothing great. To accomplish this goal, i would have to do more endurance drills while i swim.

Over all on my Fitness gram i pretty much had an idea of what i was going to get so i wasn't in shock. i was surprised on my mile time though, I completed it in a shorter amount of time then all of the other miles i have done. I could improve on the pull-up test.

  28. I thought that I did pretty decent on my fitness gram test. I am pretty satisfied with my scores, although I could have improved my stats a little, especially on the pull-ups. I could probably do more if I got stronger, so I will do just that.

I was happy with my fitness gram score, but i know i can do better on the next one. I would like to improve my pull-ups and i can do this by doing 1 a day and eventually increasing the amount.

I was mostly happy with my fitness test scores. I really need to improve my pull ups because I can't even do one. I can improve this by working out and strengthening my arms.

  31. My scores weren't too bad, except for my push ups. I will try to improve my upper arm strength by doing more push-ups over the year. Hopefully I will be able to do more next time!

My scores were pretty good, but they got a little slower than last years scores, so i am going to improve my mile and push-up scores because they need the most improvement. I am going to jog everyday to build up my speek and stamina so that i can get a better score for the mile.

I felt okay with my scores. It's been a long summer so it was what i expected. i think i could do better on mile time and push ups. i can improve by running more laps around the neighborhood and doing pushups everyday.

When I saw my fitness gram scores I wasn't very surprised. I usually get the same scores every year. I am happy with my push ups because last year I got 10 but this year I got 15. I guess I will improve my stamina so I can run longer and perform better. I will do this by running and practicing push ups.

  36. Overall I think my fitness scores were OK. I got like a 9:20 on my mile time though I know I did better in 8th grade. I think I can improve my mile time by running and exercising. I need to work on increasing my stamina cause I usually run short distance. I will keep try because practice does make perfect.

After taking the fitness test I wasn't surprised about what I got, because I had a general idea of what I was going to get before hand. I am happy with my scores because I tried to my fullest when doing the fitness test. Their is not a score that I "Need" to improve on, but next fitness test I hope I'm able to do more push ups than the last test.
