  1. When playing one on one two good moves to get to the basket are the crossover and the jab step. Both can be used when your defender is guarding you tight.

  11. When in a one on one situation, two moves we learned to make are the jab-step strong side drive and the jab-step crossover. The jab-step strong side drive is used when your defender is overplaying your weak side, and the jab-step cross over is used when the defender is overplaying your strong side.

  12. Willis,

When playing one on one the two good moves to drive to the basket are the jab step and the crossover and they can be used when defender is guarding you tight or on a fast break.

I WOULD USE THE PUMP FAKE IF A DEFENDER IS RUNNING TOWARD ME WHILE IM IN TRIPLE THREAT. I ALSO COULD PENETRATE WHILE MY DEFENDER IS OVER PLAYING I COULD JAB STEP AND GO THE OTHER WAY AS WELL BUT BASICALLY ITS MANY WAYS YOU CAN REACT IN THE TRIPLE THREAT POSITION...

The jab step crossover or jab step strongside drive. The jab step pull up is the best against defensive player because you get them to back off and you can pull a quick jump shot

  17. If someone is playing you close you can jab step and go weak or strong side, or if they back off after the jab step you can pull up for a jumpshot
