For the most part I am happy with my scores, but I would like to improve on my arm strength and flexibility. I plan to improve these scores by stretching everynight as well as practicing my pushups.

  4. I am pretty happy with my scores, because it was a little better than my last year's. If I wanted to improve a particular score, it would be a pacer because I run fast at first times, but my speed gets slower as the time goes...

  5. Some of the fitness gram scores made me happy, but some were dissatisfactory. I would like to improve of my flexed arm hang score the most and improve everything else a little. I will do this by participating in class and working towards my goals at home.

I think I did well on everything except the sit and reach which I got 11 inches. I will stretch more to improve my sit and reach.

I am pretty happy with my scores, although I know I can do better. I would like to improve my pull up score (haha). Over the course of the next few units, I think I will start to become stronger and more able to complete the fitness tests

  29. I am pretty satisfied with my results except for the mile, but that was only because i was injured that day. In the future i should wait if i am not feeling well and retake it when i am feeling better.

I feel like i did a good job on my fitness gram, i had a really good mile time, and a good push up score, but i feel like i still need to work harder and try to practice running at home more, so i can improve my mile time by even more and get a much better time.
