It was interesting seeing how many pushups and sit ups could do in the physical fitness tests we've done recently. One thing I need to work on is my flexibility. I can do this by streching every day and working hard.

I am really happy of my scores. There is still much more room for improvement. My goal is by the end of the semester to have the best scores in the class. I will do this by doing these exercizes almost everyday.

  8. I was overall satisfied with how I did on all of my fitness tests. I did better than most people and that was good enough for me. Even though I am not very flexible and did the worse than my partner on the zipper, I was happy with my score. I felt like I could do better on the pacer and situps. I could do this by running more outside to raise my endurance for the pacer and do situps before I go to bed. Everyday I would increase the time I run by 1 minute to slowly build up endurance and to increase my situp amounts by 5.

I was happy with my scores i got this week, although it was not my best. My scores arent reflective on my fitness at all so i could easily do better.I dont think we should have to do these tests, they dont mean anything and they are a waste of time, but whatever were done with them, for now.

  20. I'm really not enjoying fitness testing at all. It's really stupid because about 3 people actually do what we are doing seriously. And the people who are serious are horrible at basketball. Like a famous quote from Doug E Fresh" LETS BALL".

  32. Raman, Arun:

Since i just joined the class last monday so i'll just say how i did in middle school for gym. I got a 8:27 on the mile so i believe i got faster since then. I did 17 push ups and i went all the way in crunches. AndI got a 33 on the pacer. This year if i were here for the fitness test, i think i woul have got less than 8:15 on the mile, more han 20 push ups, again go all the way through crunches, and around 40 on the pacer.I will practice all these exercises and get ready for next year's fitness test.
